How to see a friend’s Snap Score change
Snapchat Support describes a Snapchat+ feature that shows how much a friend’s score has changed since you last checked. In that friend’s friendship profile, tap their score to view the change. This is a comparison since your previous check—not a timestamped event log or historical chart, and the documented feature concerns a friend’s score rather than your own score history. What affects a Snap Score?
Snapchat says the score is calculated using a confidential equation that includes Snaps sent and received, Stories posted, and other factors. The company does not publish exact point values for individual actions, so claims such as “every Snap is worth exactly one point” are not established by its explanation. Snapchat+ features that affect scores
Friend-score change view
The change view described by Snapchat Support is a Snapchat+ feature. It tells you how much a friend’s score changed since you last checked; it should not be treated as a complete tracking history. Snapchat Support (Norwegian): Snapscore changes
Snapscore Multiplier
Snapchat’s Spanish-language support article describes a separate Snapchat+ Snapscore Multiplier. It is off by default. The article’s instructions are to open “My Account,” tap the Snapchat+ membership card, and turn on the multiplier. When enabled, qualifying Snaps exchanged with another Snapchat+ subscriber make the score increase twice as fast. Can you lower or reset your Snap Score?
Snapchat says there is no way to lower or reset a Snap Score. Treat services or requests for your login that claim they can reset it with caution; Snapchat does not present them as legitimate reset methods. Snapchat Support: What is a Snapchat Score?
