Sign in to the Amazon account you used for Prime Gaming, open Prime Gaming, and go to My Collection. That is where Amazon says you can review your previous game history, claim codes and delivery status. For claimed PC games, the Amazon Games app’s Library also lists them. There is a catch on expiry: Amazon’s support material doesn’t show one universal expiration date for every reward, so deadlines have to be checked item by item.
Where to look: two routes

Use My Collection when you need the code or want to know whether something was delivered. Use the Library when you want to know whether a PC game is ready to download.
Check your claim history in My Collection
- Sign in to the Amazon account that was active when you claimed the reward. A different account will show a different (possibly empty) history.
- Open Prime Gaming and use your profile or menu to reach My Collection. Menu labels can change, so look for that name.
- Review the entries and their delivery status.
- Open the entry you care about to see any claim code or destination information that’s available.
Amazon Help describes the feature this way: “My Collection provides you with one-click access to check the order history, claim codes, and delivery status of all your collected content.”
Check claimed PC games in the Amazon Games app
- Open the Amazon Games app and sign in with the same Amazon account.
- Open Library.
- Look under Ready to Install for the games you’ve claimed.
If a claimed game doesn’t appear, Amazon advises closing and reopening the app and trying again.

How to find when a reward expires
The official Prime Gaming pages I could verify describe claim codes and delivery status. They don’t say that every reward shows an expiration date in My Collection. Treat the claim date and the expiry date as different things, and check the following for the reward in question:
- The offer’s own details and terms, since claim windows and redemption deadlines are set per campaign.
- The claim code entry in My Collection, for any instructions shown alongside it.
- The destination platform’s redemption instructions. For codes redeemed in another game or store, that platform may apply its own rules.
If a code hasn’t been redeemed, don’t assume it will stay valid. Redeem it promptly, then confirm the status in My Collection.

Can the Amazon data export show claims and expiry?
Amazon’s data portability documentation describes an eventDate field for digital software and video-game entitlement records. Its digital software and video-game subscription schema includes redemptionStatus and redemptionExpirationDate. However, the documentation doesn’t say that all Prime Gaming promotional claims appear in those datasets. An export may help as a cross-check if your record is present, but don’t treat it as a complete claim history or expiry report.
If an item shows Pending or Undelivered
Amazon’s support index has a topic titled “My Collection – Delivery Status Pending or Undelivered.” Its guidance includes confirming that you’re accessing the content with the game account linked to your Amazon account. Check that link first, since a mismatched account is an easy cause to miss. Then follow Amazon’s troubleshooting steps for the delivery status.
