Verify a Warcraft offer by opening Blizzard’s official announcement, Battle.net Shop, or support pages yourself—not by trusting the link that delivered the offer. Compare the exact product name, contents, seller, region, and timing with Blizzard’s current information, and never enter your account credentials through a suspicious message link.
How to verify a Warcraft offer safely
- Navigate independently. Type Blizzard’s known address or open the official app, then find the announcement or Battle.net Shop listing. Do not use an offer’s embedded link as your starting point. Blizzard warns that phishing messages can imitate special offers and that a link can appear legitimate while redirecting to a different, official-looking site. - Check the destination address. Before opening a link, inspect where it actually goes. Lookalike spellings are a warning sign, and a familiar sender name or branded page is not proof of authenticity. Blizzard says its emails should come from an official domain, usually

- Keep credentials private. Do not give a password or account credentials to anyone contacting you through email, social media, Discord, or an in-game message. Blizzard says it will not ask for account credentials through Discord. If you already entered credentials on a suspicious page, go to Blizzard independently rather than returning through that link.
- Check the seller and purchase terms. Use a retailer named by Blizzard where possible. If a marketplace listing is not named in Blizzard’s announcement, assess the seller, region, exact contents, delivery date, and applicable terms separately; a marketplace listing by itself does not establish authorization.

Physical Collector’s Edition

Digital offers
The digital options named in Blizzard’s announcement are the Skyborne Heroic Pack, Skyborne Epic Pack, and Warcraft Forever Collection, available through the Battle.net Shop. These are separate purchase paths from the physical Collector’s Edition, so compare the exact product and included items rather than assuming a digital bundle is the same offer.
Some digital purchases may qualify for Battle.net Balance credit when the Collector’s Edition code is later redeemed, but eligibility depends on the product and upgrade path. Check Blizzard’s linked support article in the announcement before relying on credit.

How to assess a seller Blizzard has not named
The announcement names the Blizzard Gear Store for the current physical restock and identifies JB Hi-Fi and EB Games Australia for participating availability in Australia and New Zealand. It does not establish Amazon availability or authorization. A listing on Amazon or another marketplace is not, on its own, evidence that Blizzard has authorized the seller.
- Confirm the seller’s identity—not just the marketplace hosting the listing.
- Compare the precise edition, contents, and format with Blizzard’s announcement.
- Check whether the item and any included code are valid for your region.
- Verify the stated delivery date, purchase limit, and seller’s terms before paying.
- For return or withdrawal questions, consult the terms that apply to your region and purchase channel; Blizzard Gear Store purchases have separate terms from Battle.net purchases.
What to do if an offer looks suspicious
Do not sign in through the offer link, reply with account details, or treat a social post, Discord message, email, or in-game contact as proof. Open Blizzard’s announcement or app independently and see whether the same offer appears there.
