Use a web browser for the documented method; current official support material does not provide a separate verified Watch History path for Prime Video apps or connected devices.
Check your Prime Video watch history on the web
- Open Prime Video in a browser.
- Sign in to the Amazon account you use with Prime Video.
- Open Help.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Watch History.
The resulting page is titled History. It shows watched-title entries, including movies and television programs. If you have watched a large number of titles, use your browser’s find feature to look for a title already loaded on the page.

Prime Video may redirect you to Amazon authentication before showing the list. Sign in when prompted, then return to the page if necessary. The direct link is useful when the setting is difficult to find in the Help menu, but it still depends on the correct account, region, and browser session.
If “Please Enable Cookies to Continue” appears
The Watch History page can fail during authentication with the message “Please Enable Cookies to Continue.” This does not necessarily mean that Prime Video history is unavailable; the failure can occur when the authentication flow cannot use the required session cookies.

Try these fixes in order:
- Enable cookies for Prime Video and the Amazon sign-in domain.
- Temporarily disable strict tracking prevention, ad-blocking, or privacy extensions for the sign-in attempt.
- Open Prime Video in a private window and sign in again. If it works there, an extension or stored site data may be interfering.
- Clear cookies and site data for Prime Video and Amazon, close the browser, and sign in again.
- Use the Prime Video region connected to your account rather than forcing a different country or locale URL.
Do not enter your password into a lookalike page. Confirm that the address bar shows an Amazon or Prime Video domain before signing in.
Can you check history from the Prime Video app or TV?
There is no verified, universal menu path for Watch History across Prime Video apps and connected-device interfaces. The current official support route exposes Watch History as a web setting, but does not document an identical option for Android, iOS, Fire TV, smart-TV, console, or other device apps.
If you cannot find the setting on a television or phone, open Prime Video in a browser instead. You can use a computer, or try the browser on a phone or tablet if it supports the full site. The appearance may differ on a small screen, but the web setting is the documented route.

Which account or profile does the history belong to?
Watch History is located under Prime Video Settings, alongside settings such as Account Details, Register a Device, Parental Controls, and Prime Video Profiles. Make sure you sign in with the Amazon account that watched the titles.

Prime Video supports profiles, but current official material does not establish that histories can be merged across profiles or separate Amazon accounts. If a title is missing, check the active Prime Video profile and verify that you used the correct Amazon login.
Can you delete or clear Prime Video watch history?
The current verified documentation confirms how to open and view Watch History, but it does not verify a universal Clear all watch history button or a deletion method that works in every app and device. Avoid relying on instructions that assume such a control is present on your screen.

If you are trying to remove a particular title, first open the web History page and inspect the available controls beside that entry. Prime Video’s controls can vary by account, region, and interface. Do not confuse Amazon Order History with Prime Video Watch History: orders record purchases, while Watch History records watched Prime Video titles.
There is no command or keyboard shortcut for the list
Prime Video does not provide a verified command-line command, keyboard command, or public consumer API command for displaying watch history. A browser’s find feature only searches titles already displayed on the page; it does not retrieve additional history from Prime Video.

Why does Prime Video say “Please Enable Cookies to Continue”?

Is Amazon Order History the same as Prime Video Watch History?
No. Order History concerns Amazon purchases. Prime Video Watch History lists watched movies and TV programs.
Can I clear my entire Prime Video Watch History?
