To add a channel, sign in to the Amazon account you intend to use, find the channel in Prime Video, review the offer shown for your account, and confirm the subscription on screen. A channel add-on is generally a separate paid subscription from Prime membership; check its recurring price, any trial terms, and renewal details before subscribing.
How do I add a channel to Prime Video?

Open Prime Video and sign in to the Amazon account you want to use for the subscription.

Find the channel or add-on you want. Before choosing it, consider its current catalog, whether it offers live programming if that matters to you, supported devices, and whether it duplicates a service you already subscribe to.

Review the offer displayed for that channel and account. Check the recurring price, whether a free trial is offered, the trial’s end date and the charge afterward, and the renewal terms.

Follow the on-screen subscription confirmation. The available screens and labels can vary, so rely on the terms presented at checkout rather than assuming a fixed number of steps or buttons.
Is a Prime Video channel included with Prime?
Usually, a channel add-on is an additional paid subscription—not something included automatically with a Prime membership. Amazon describes add-ons as third-party premium-network and streaming-channel subscriptions that customers choose and pay for. Some add-ons may offer a free trial, but availability and terms depend on the channel and the offer shown to your account. Amazon explains why add-ons cost extra.

The channel provider controls which titles are available. Some add-ons include Watch Live, which streams programming on supported devices at broadcast time; the feature, catalog, device support, and geographic availability can differ. Check the selected channel’s current details rather than assuming a particular show or live stream is included. Amazon’s add-on content guide explains provider-managed availability.

Amazon directs customers to Manage Your Memberships & Subscriptions for Prime Video add-on payment settings. Review the subscription and its billing information there. For an unfamiliar charge, check your subscription invoices: Prime membership and a separately started add-on can renew on different dates, even when you began them together.

Purchases made through iOS or tvOS may involve Apple payment settings in the circumstances Amazon describes. If you subscribed through an Apple device and do not see the expected billing controls in Amazon, check the relevant Apple account settings as well.

Amazon says customers in the United States and U.S. territories may use their Amazon.com Gift Card balance for add-on subscriptions. To receive an eligible free trial, you must also have a credit or debit card set as backup payment; paying only with gift-card balance does not qualify for a free trial. Confirm the payment method and trial terms shown before completing the subscription. Amazon’s gift-card payment guidance has the applicable details.

How do I cancel a Prime Video channel subscription?
Amazon allows add-ons to be canceled at any time. Use the account subscription controls at Manage Your Memberships & Subscriptions, then verify the cancellation status and end date shown for that channel. The controls may differ for subscriptions billed through Apple.
