You can find saved Google passwords in Chrome’s Password Manager on an iPhone, Android device, or computer, or at passwords.google.com. Sign in to the Google Account where the passwords were saved; Chrome passwords stored locally while you were signed out may not appear in that account.
Where Google saves passwords—and why that matters
Google says you can view and manage saved passwords and passkeys in Google Password Manager on Android, in Chrome, or at passwords.google.com. Passwords saved to your Google Account are available on devices signed in to that same account. Chrome can also save passwords on a device when you are signed out, so those credentials may not sync to your account or appear on another device.

Consider device-only storage. If you saved the password in Chrome while signed out, it may remain on that device instead of being stored in your Google Account. Check Chrome on the device where you originally saved it.
-
Distinguish the account from the browser. Account-saved credentials are accessible on devices signed in to that account; locally saved Chrome credentials may not follow you to other devices. Google explains these storage options in its cross-device password and passkey help.
Protect passwords after you find them
Only reveal a password when you are using a device and screen others cannot see. Google says saved passwords and passkeys are protected with encryption. It recommends adding account recovery information and enabling 2-Step Verification to better protect saved sign-in information. Password Checkup can identify compromised, weak, or reused passwords; change credentials it flags as compromised or reused. Details are available in Google’s password and passkey guidance.
