Summoning is a core way to collect heroes in Summoners Kingdom: Goddess, but the current Goddess-banner odds, pity threshold, guarantee, and carryover rules are not established by the available official listings. Check the active banner’s in-game details before spending currency; a player’s claim that 30 summons can yield a legendary is not verified official guidance.

What summoning does in Summoners Kingdom: Goddess

Google Play describes Summoners Kingdom: Goddess as a fantasy card RPG centered in part on summoning and collecting more than 100 heroes. The listing names Cloud Joy as the developer. Summons are therefore part of the game’s hero-collection loop, but that description does not specify banner odds or guarantees.

Apple’s App Store listing categorizes the game as strategy and discloses loot boxes and in-app purchases. Those disclosures establish that randomized rewards and purchases are part of the app; they do not reveal the cost, odds, or value of any particular summon.

How many summons are needed for pity?

No official, current source established a Goddess-banner pity threshold or confirmed that the banner has a hard pity system. In particular, 30 summons should not be treated as a verified threshold.

An App Store reviewer wrote, “you only need to summon 30 times to gain a ‘legendary’ hero at any point.” That is an individual player’s statement, not an official rule. The review does not identify the summon pool, explain what resets the count, say whether the reward is guaranteed, or establish whether the claim is still current. It also does not confirm that the reward would be the featured Goddess rather than any legendary hero. Read the reviewer’s statement in context.

How to check the active Goddess banner’s rules

Use the details or probability panel on the banner currently shown in your game. Banner rules can change, so check the live panel rather than assuming an older event or another summon type uses the same system.

  1. Open the active Goddess banner. Confirm its exact name so you are checking the relevant event, not a different summon pool.
  2. Open its details or probability panel. Look for the listed rates and the wording for any guarantee or summon-count reward.
  3. Check what the guarantee gives. Determine whether it promises a featured Goddess, any legendary hero, or another reward. Do not treat a general rarity rate as a featured-character guarantee.
  4. Find the counter and reset conditions. Check whether the count is visible, what resets it, and whether the rules say it carries over to another banner, a rerun, or another summon type.
  5. Confirm which currency counts. Check whether tickets and other summon currencies contribute to the same counter before combining them in your plans.

If the panel does not explain a point, the rule remains unclear; do not infer it from a player review or from how another game handles pity.

Does Goddess pity carry over between banners?

Carryover between Goddess banners, reruns, and other summon types is not confirmed by the available official information. Nor is it established whether tickets and other summon currencies share a counter. Check for explicit carryover and reset wording on the current banner’s details panel before relying on saved progress.

What past Goddess events tell you—and what they do not

Apple’s version history records a Goddess of Dawn, Eos rerun in version 1.0.30, dated December 20, 2024, alongside other historical Goddess and hero event entries. This shows that named character summon content has included reruns; it does not confirm the current event schedule, a future return, or the rules attached to a live banner. See the App Store version history.

What to compare before spending on a summon

For a meaningful comparison between two banners, use the information shown for each banner rather than comparing names or relying on assumed pity conventions.

  • Base and featured-character rates
  • Whether a guarantee exists, its threshold, and the exact reward
  • Summon currency accepted and the stated cost
  • What resets the counter and whether progress carries over

The available official store listings do not provide those banner-specific values. If the in-game panel also leaves a point unstated, treat it as unknown rather than estimating it.
