To add an existing Hostinger Reach form to a Hostinger AI Builder agentic mode site, paste both Reach-provided code snippets into the AI Builder chat and tell it where to place the form. The Reach form must be activated to display. To connect the site and sync new submissions into Reach, you also need an active Reach plan.
Before you start
- Create the form in Hostinger Reach if you have not already. Reach forms can be embedded on a website or shared through a standalone link. Hostinger’s form builder guide explains the setup options.
- Activate the form in Reach. Draft or paused forms do not display.
- Have both code snippets provided by Reach ready to paste. An active Reach plan is needed to connect the site and sync contacts.
Add the Reach form through AI Builder chat
- Open your website in Hostinger AI Builder agentic mode.
- In the chat, ask AI Builder to add the form. For example:
Add a form to my site using these code snippets: - Paste both code snippets from Reach into the prompt. Specify the page and placement you want, such as beneath the page introduction or in a particular section.
- Submit the prompt, then inspect the site preview to check the form’s placement and appearance. AI Builder uses your instructions to place it.
- Publish the website when you are ready for visitors to use the live page.

Alternatively, start from Reach
You can also begin in Reach: open Forms, select the active form, choose Sharing options, then Add to AI Builder and follow the displayed instructions. The integration itself connects through AI Builder chat. Hostinger’s integration guide describes this route.
Understand what happens to submissions
After the integration is connected, new form submissions sync automatically into Reach contacts. Contacts collected on the site before connection are not imported automatically; ask AI Builder separately to import existing site contacts.
Hostinger says one Reach plan can be connected to one AI Builder agentic mode website at a time. If you need the same Reach plan connected to a different site, account for that one-site-at-a-time limit.

These are separate setup flows. Hostinger presents Reach as an option for more advanced email marketing; a native contact form may be enough if your goal is simply to collect inquiries and receive notifications. See Hostinger’s overview of Reach forms and integrations.

If the form or submissions are missing
- The form does not appear: Confirm it is activated in Reach, and that both code snippets were included in the AI Builder prompt.
- You are checking the live site: Publish the website, then check the relevant page again.
- Submissions seem absent: Check the correct test or live data view. Hostinger distinguishes preview/test submissions from live visitor submissions in its AI Builder contact-form troubleshooting guide.
- Older contacts are missing from Reach: They are not imported automatically when you connect the integration. Ask AI Builder to import existing site contacts separately.
