In Hostinger AI Builder’s manual mode, add a built-in subscriber form by dragging the Subscription form element onto a page, or insert a Subscription form section template. Select the form and choose Edit form to configure its fields, submit button, and post-submission response.

Add the built-in subscription form

Hostinger documents two ways to place its built-in form on a manual-mode website:

  1. Drag in the element: Open the editor’s Elements panel, then drag Subscription form onto the page where you want it.
  2. Insert a section template: Click Add section on the boundary between sections, choose Subscription form, pick a template, and insert it.

Hostinger describes this feature as a way to collect newsletter subscribers. For general inquiries, use the separate contact form instead. See Hostinger’s subscription form instructions and contact form guide.

Configure fields and the response

Select the form and open Edit form. From there, you can rename the form, add or edit fields, remove fields, change their order, and mark fields as required. Hostinger lists these field types: short answer, paragraph, single choice, and multiple choice.

You can also rename and position the submit button, then choose what visitors see after submission: a thank-you message or a redirect to a page on your site. The editor also provides style and animation settings.

Review and export submissions

Hostinger says a submission notification is sent to the email address linked to your Hostinger account. To manage collected entries, open Form submissions in the builder. You can view submissions, select entries to export as a CSV file, or delete entries. The notification is useful for alerts; the builder’s submissions area is where Hostinger documents reviewing and exporting the responses.

When to use Reach or a third-party form

Use the built-in form for basic subscriber collection

The built-in Subscription form is the direct option when you want to place a form and manage its submissions in the builder.

Use a third-party form when embedding a provider’s form

Hostinger’s guide says third-party subscription forms can be added using custom code in the website head or body, according to the integration provider’s instructions. It gives Mailchimp, MailerLite, and Omnisend as examples. Follow the selected provider’s current instructions for the code and its placement; the correct location can depend on that provider.

Use a Reach form for a form created in Reach

If you created a form in Hostinger Reach, add the Reach form element, select the intended form, and update the website. If it does not appear, Hostinger advises checking that the form is activated, that you selected the correct form, and that you updated the website rather than only previewing it. See Hostinger’s Reach form instructions.

Check Reach requirements for automated follow-up

Adding a form and sending automated follow-up emails are separate tasks. Hostinger’s Reach guide says automation requires an active paid Reach plan and is available on Reach 500 and higher plans. Its instructions also describe connecting the website through Reach integrations so forms can sync to Reach. Plan names and eligibility can change, so confirm the current terms in Hostinger’s automation guide before relying on automation.
