Hosting.com email hosting is worth considering if a small business needs email at its own domain, access from standard email apps, and help moving existing mail. Its UK page lists 10 GB, 50 GB, and 100 GB per mailbox for Pro, Premium, and Ultra. Whether it is good value depends on your country’s checkout and renewal prices, which should be checked before you buy.

What Hosting.com email hosting includes

Hosting.com describes a domain-based email service with a web inbox, iOS and Android apps, calendar and contacts, and anti-spam and anti-virus filtering. It says the service works with IMAP, POP3, and SMTP, and names Outlook and Apple Mail as compatible clients. These are provider-described features, not independently tested results.

Hosting.com says its plans share a core productivity suite, while storage and additional tools vary by tier. One regional plan page identifies Titan as the mail host and lists additional capabilities. Because plan details can vary by market, confirm the features offered in your country before choosing a tier.

How much storage do you get?

Hosting.com’s UK product page lists the following mailbox allowances. The page does not state when these figures were published, so verify the allowance on the local plan page before purchase.

Plan Storage per mailbox
Pro 10 GB
Premium 50 GB
Ultra 100 GB

Storage is only one part of the comparison. Check the number of mailboxes included, which tools are available in your market, the billing commitment, and whether extra mailboxes are charged at the same tier rate. Hosting.com says additional mailboxes cost the same rate as the initial plan; confirm the current terms at checkout.

Can you keep your domain and move existing email?

Hosting.com says it can migrate email from Gmail, Microsoft 365, or another IMAP provider at no charge. It also says you can keep your existing address if you control the domain. Its FAQ answers the domain question: “Yes, as long as it uses a domain you control.” That is the provider’s stated policy, not an independent guarantee for every migration scenario.

  • Attractive guest book features soft, leather-like imported cover material.
  • The word ''Guests'' is embossed on the front cover.
  • Interior pages provide plenty of space for guests' names, as well as addresses or comments.
  • Lightly lined pages take pen beautifully.
  • Acid-free archival-quality paper helps preserve memories.

If your domain is hosted elsewhere, Hosting.com says it will provide DNS setup guidance. No migration was independently tested, so ask support about the steps, timing, and any service interruption to expect for your particular provider and mailbox setup.

Can you use it on a phone and computer?

Hosting.com describes access through its web inbox and mobile apps, as well as email clients that support IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. Outlook and Apple Mail are named examples. Before switching, check whether your preferred client and devices support the configuration method you plan to use.

Security and uptime: what is established?

Hosting.com’s UK page advertises SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, encryption in transit and at rest, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. These are provider claims and a service commitment; they are not independent evidence of historical uptime, security audit results, or email deliverability. If uptime or compliance is critical to your business, review the SLA terms and ask the provider for the documentation and operational details you need.

What to check before buying

  • Confirm the plan names, storage allowances, mailbox count, and included tools on the page for your country.
  • Review the price at checkout and the renewal price, along with the billing period and cancellation terms. Current local checkout and renewal prices are not established here.
  • Check whether additional mailboxes are billed at the same tier rate and how the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your purchase.
  • Confirm that your domain is under your control and discuss migration and DNS requirements if your domain or existing mail is hosted elsewhere.
  • Read the applicable uptime SLA and security details rather than treating marketing claims as independently verified performance.

Who should consider Hosting.com email?

It may suit a small business that wants branded email at its own domain, standard email-client compatibility, web and mobile access, and a provider-stated migration option. The available information does not support a confident value-for-money verdict without the current price and renewal terms for your market. Compare those terms with the mailbox capacity and tools you will actually use before committing.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
