Hark Pro is the AI startup’s software product, available on the web, iOS, and Android, while the company develops physical hardware it says it plans to release in 2027. The app combines persistent memory, a cloud computer for web tasks, and suggestions intended to anticipate what a user may need. Hark has not disclosed the planned device’s category, specifications, price, or shipping date.
What Hark Pro is and where to use it
Hark presents Hark Pro as a messaging-style assistant with persistent memory and a cloud computer called Handoff. The company says Handoff can use browsers and connect to services, while the app also includes features for organizing work and surfacing information. Hark describes these capabilities; the available sources do not establish independent measures of how reliably they work.
- Projects: Hark describes these as a way to handle longer-running work.
- Home: A place for timely information.
- Action Buttons: One-tap prompts for tasks.
- Panels: Customizable views that draw on connected services.
Hark lists Hark Pro for web, iOS, and Android. Its Google Play listing names Hark Labs Inc. as the developer and gives examples including grocery orders, scheduling, reservations, and web tasks. The listing showed an update date of October 6, 2026.
What Hark means by “proactive”
Hark’s pitch is that the assistant can use remembered preferences alongside Handoff’s ability to take web actions to anticipate useful next steps. One company example: after a user books a movie ticket, Hark might help arrange parking. The company also describes spontaneous suggestions and Action Buttons for tasks such as paying a bill or canceling a subscription.

These examples explain the intended experience, not a guarantee that Hark will identify the right next step or complete tasks autonomously. TechCrunch reported a demonstration in which Hark design lead Abidhur Chowdhury saw suggestions involving expenses, emails, a meeting, and booking a flight. That report describes a demonstration, not a performance benchmark.
Plans and pricing
Hark’s pricing page lists a free plan and two paid usage tiers. The company says all features are available on every plan, with paid tiers increasing usage. Prices and plan limits can change.

What the 2027 hardware plan does—and does not—say
Hark says it is designing hardware and plans to release its first physical product in 2027. The company’s launch article says, “The operating system of your life will need hardware, which we’re designing now.” Neither its launch article nor its FAQ names the device category, model, price, technical specifications, availability window, or a confirmed shipping date. The timing should therefore be read as Hark’s plan, not a guaranteed release.

Bloomberg reported in March 2026 that founder Brett Adcock described a family of AI devices for personal and home use, distinct from existing handsets, wearables, and smart glasses. That adds context to the ambition but does not identify a finished product. TechCrunch likewise reported that the device form was undisclosed.

Hark says its Secured by Hark vault encrypts sensitive credentials and that the company cannot see vault contents. It also says users own their data, it will not sell data or share it with advertisers, and users can delete data. These are company assurances; the cited materials do not establish an independent security audit.

The Google Play data-safety disclosure says the app may collect personal information, messages, and other data types. It also reports encryption in transit and an option to request deletion. That store disclosure is useful context alongside Hark’s own privacy claims, but it does not by itself establish the details of every data flow or the results of an external security review.
