- Open the provider’s PDF merge tool.

OCR scanned pages
OCR creates a text layer over image-only pages. Check names, numbers, punctuation, columns, and handwriting manually. OCR output should not be treated as exact without proofreading.
Annotate or sign
Annotation tools can add highlights, comments, drawings, or text. Signing features differ: some place a visual signature, while others support a more formal signing workflow. Confirm what the recipient requires before relying on a browser signature tool.

Troubleshooting checklist

The compressed PDF looks poor
