Fix 1: Install Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable
Open Microsoft’s Visual C++ Redistributable downloads page and locate Visual Studio 2010 (VC++ 10.0) SP1. Microsoft lists x86 and x64 packages, version 10.0.40219.325. This is a legacy, unsupported version; Microsoft gives July 14, 2020 as its end-of-extended-support date, while continuing to list the downloads.

Which installer should you use?
