Choose Performance or Quality mode
Funcom’s announced specifications list different frame-rate targets for the two graphics modes. These are developer targets, not independent measurements of sustained frame rates, image quality, or frame pacing.

Funcom describes both modes on both consoles as upscaled 4K. That does not mean native 4K. The announcement does not establish which mode has better measured image quality or more consistent real-world performance, so choose by the listed target and your preference rather than assuming one is objectively better. Adjust controller settings to your comfort
The PlayStation Store listing confirms basic controller remapping, adjustable stick sensitivity and inversion, and options to play without vibration or adaptive trigger effects. It does not specify exact menu paths, numeric ranges, or recommended values. Change one setting at a time and check how it feels in play; there is no source-backed “best” sensitivity for combat, vehicles, or exploration.

- Stick sensitivity: Adjust if aiming or camera movement feels too slow or too fast.
- Inversion: Set the stick direction to match the controls you are accustomed to.
- Remapping: Reassign supported controls if the default layout is uncomfortable or difficult to use.
- Vibration and adaptive triggers: Disable either effect if you prefer less feedback or want to avoid those sensations.
The listing also notes clear and large text, reduced camera movement and effects, adjustable individual audio volumes, and advanced, clear, or large subtitles. These options may help tailor the experience beyond controller feel. PlayStation Store listing
Restart after a long-running or suspended session
If performance seems to worsen after leaving the game running or suspended for a long time, Funcom’s current support guidance is to give the console game a proper restart. This is a troubleshooting step, not a guarantee of a particular frame-rate improvement. Funcom Help Center

Settings that may need to be reapplied
Funcom’s support notice says some console settings may not carry over when the same account and save are used on another device, and accessibility settings may not stay tied to the active profile. If an option appears to have changed, check the settings on the device and profile you are currently using and reapply what you need. The notice may change over time. The support page also says some custom single-player settings can be temporarily overridden in story areas if they interfere with gameplay or mission completion; that note is about custom gameplay settings, not a general graphics-mode recommendation.
The PS5 version launched on September 22, 2026, according to Funcom and the US PlayStation Store listing. Funcom says the PS5 interface and controls were tailored to the console experience; that is the developer’s description, not an independent usability assessment. The Help Center’s note about PS5 controllers needing Steam Input applies to using those controllers on PC, not to the PS5 console version.
