Yes. The Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro works as a USB mouse on Mac, according to Razer Support. It connects wirelessly through its USB-A receiver or by a wired USB-C connection; it does not support Bluetooth. The standard package includes the mouse, receiver and adapter, USB-A-to-USB-C cable, grip tape, and an information guide.
How to connect the DeathAdder V3 Pro to a Mac
Razer Support said on September 2, 2022, that the DeathAdder V3 Pro “should work with MAC as a USB mouse and the dongle will automatically detect the device once plugged in.” The mouse offers two connection methods:

Razer lists both HyperSpeed Wireless and wired USB-C connectivity. The choice between them comes down to whether you want a cable-free setup and which ports your Mac has.
Can you configure it with Razer Synapse for Mac?
Yes. Razer’s Mac Synapse supported-device list includes the DeathAdder V3 Pro, model RZ01-04630; the list was updated May 14, 2026. Razer cautions that software support can depend on the macOS version, hardware platform, and peripheral compatibility, so check the current list for your specific Mac and operating system before relying on software configuration features.

The cable can be used for charging or a wired connection. Check the actual regional product listing if you are buying a bundle or special offer, because its contents may differ from the standard package.

Is the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle included?
No. Razer identifies the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle as a separately sold accessory for higher polling rates; it is not among the standard box contents listed on the product page. Razer’s product specification also states up to 90 hours of battery life at 1,000 Hz use. That is a manufacturer specification, not an independent test result.
