Citi Ventures managing director for investing Ramneek Gupta said the firm sought technologies and solutions to improve the security and well-being of financial and enterprise networks. Grotech’s Joe Zell characterized DB Networks as a distinctive approach to protecting core databases from advanced threats and said he expected large companies facing those threats to need the solution.
