On a phone, you can sign in through CVS.com or m.cvs.com in a browser, or use the CVS Pharmacy app.
How to sign in to your CVS account on the website
- Go to the CVS sign-in page.
- Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your CVS account.
- Select Continue and follow the prompts to complete sign-in. CVS’s entry screen also checks whether you already have an account or ExtraCare membership.
The sign-in page includes a Keep me signed in option. Use it only on a device you control; avoid selecting it on a shared or public computer.
How to sign in on a phone
CVS supports sign-in through its mobile website and the CVS Pharmacy app. Open CVS.com or m.cvs.com in your phone’s browser, or open the app and choose the option to sign in to an existing account. The app also lets you create an account.
If signing in through a phone browser does not work, check that cookies are enabled in that browser’s settings and try again. CVS’s mobile-access guidance covers these options and the cookie requirement: CVS Help with CVS.com and Mobile.

How to reset a forgotten CVS password
- Open the CVS Forgot Password page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account. CVS identifies this email as your User ID.
- Open the password-reset email from CVS and follow its link.
- Answer the security question for the account, then create and confirm a new password. CVS says the previous password becomes invalid after the reset.
CVS help pages give conflicting password rules: its Sign In and Account FAQs describe an 8–64-character password with at least one letter and one number, while older account-help content describes a seven-character minimum. Because that guidance is inconsistent, follow the requirements shown on the current password-reset screen rather than relying on an older help page. If the reset email or security answer does not work
- No reset email: Wait a few minutes, then check your junk or spam folder before requesting another reset email.
- Security answer rejected: Enter the answer as it was saved when the account was created. CVS notes that every character, including spaces, must match.

For CVS.com or mobile sign-in and password problems, contact CVS Customer Care at 1-888-607-4CVS (1-888-607-4287). CVS lists support hours as Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m. ET, and Saturday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–6:30 p.m. ET, with major holidays closed. Hours can change; check CVS’s Contact Us page before calling.

If your email address changes, CVS says you can update it in your account details instead of creating a new account. After the change, sign in with the new address; your password, order history, and other account information remain associated with the account. Instructions are in the CVS account FAQs.
