Cricut StickerPix Print is a photo and sticker printer that prints and laminates in one pass. It makes stickers from shapes already cut into Cricut-specific sheets, so it suits preset circles, squares, rectangles, and full-sheet designs—not custom-cut outlines. If you want stickers cut around your own design, Cricut’s StickerPix Print + Cut is the model to consider.
What Cricut StickerPix Print does
StickerPix Print is designed to make photo prints, photo cards, and stickers without a separate cutting step. Cricut says the machine prints and laminates in one pass. Its sticker sheets have preset cut shapes, so your artwork goes into a shape selected by the sheet rather than being cut to a custom outline.
Cricut describes the printing process as heating a ribbon of colored dye and transferring it into the coated material one color at a time, then adding a clear protective layer. The company says its prints resist water, scratches, and fading; these are manufacturer claims, not independent test results.
Choose between StickerPix Print and Print + Cut
The key difference is whether you need a fixed sticker shape or a custom outline. Cricut identifies Print + Cut as the option for custom-shaped stickers. The models use different material dimensions and feed systems, and their supplies are not interchangeable.

In Cricut’s terms, pre-cut stickers have shapes cut into the sheet before printing. For a custom-shape result, the machine cuts around the design. Cricut’s comparison page explains that the clear protective layer is applied as part of its printing process; it does not make Print’s preset sheet shapes customizable.
How to make stickers with StickerPix
The basic workflow runs through Cricut Design Space: create or choose artwork, prepare the project, load the material made for your StickerPix model, and print.

- Install Cricut Design Space. Use the app on a compatible Windows PC, Mac, iOS device, or Android device. Check Cricut’s current StickerPix setup guidance and system requirements because compatibility can change.
- Prepare the artwork. For StickerPix Print, Cricut’s help instructions describe starting with a blank canvas, customizing a template, or uploading a design; they also describe AI photo transformations. For Print + Cut, the documented options include images, shapes, text, uploaded photos, and AI-created images.
- Choose material for the exact model. Use the compatible Cricut photo paper or sticker sheets for your machine. Check the product packaging and the machine-specific material label before buying or loading a sheet.
- Load and print. Cricut instructs StickerPix Print users to load one sticker sheet at a time. Its material tray can hold up to ten sheets of photo paper; that capacity applies to photo paper, not a stack of sticker sheets.
For StickerPix Print, Cricut lists round, rectangular, and square sticker sheets, plus a full-sheet sticker format. The chosen sheet determines the available sticker shape.
Check devices, connectivity, and setup space
Cricut’s setup guidance calls for Cricut Design Space, a Bluetooth-enabled device, high-speed internet, and a secure private 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The app may request Bluetooth and local network permissions. Setup also involves installing the ink cartridge and placing the printer where there is room for material to feed through.

Before purchasing, check Cricut’s current system requirements and setup instructions for your device and region. A supported operating system or app version may change over time.
Buy the right paper and handle it carefully
Cricut’s material guides give these dimensions. They are model-specific, so match the material label to the printer rather than relying on a product name alone.

Cricut says the machines are calibrated for Cricut ink and paper. The company warns that third-party consumables may cause clogging, print defects, or machine damage, and says it cannot guarantee machine health or performance when they are used. That is Cricut’s manufacturer guidance, not an independently measured failure rate.
Keep the printable surfaces and cartridge film free of fingerprints, and follow Cricut’s handling and storage directions. For model-specific supplies, use the StickerPix materials guide and confirm the dimensions on the package.

Cartridge yield and print durability
Cricut lists a yield of 54 prints per cartridge for StickerPix Print on its product page. That specification is for the Print model; it is not a stated yield for Print + Cut, nor a guarantee that every project will use ink identically.
Cricut describes StickerPix prints as water-, scratch-, and fade-resistant and says the printer laminates while printing. The company pages cited here do not provide independent durability testing or an independently measured cartridge-yield result, so treat those performance descriptions as manufacturer claims.
