Yes—CPU-Z has a native ARM64 build for Windows. CPUID introduced it in January 2024, with an interface adapted to show system-on-chip (SoC) details such as core topology, clocks, graphics and cache information. The documented ARM64 release history now reaches version 1.05, dated June 4, 2026.
What the ARM64 build changes
The ARM64 edition is designed to run natively on Windows ARM64, rather than relying on x86 or x64 emulation. CPUID announced the first native release on January 11, 2024, saying the interface had been slightly modified to make ARM SoC information clearer. The initial release did not include every CPU-Z feature, and CPUID cautioned that some features were still missing.
CPUID’s current ARM64 page says CPU-Z is fully supported on Windows 11 for ARM64. That confirms compatibility for that operating system and architecture; it does not establish full feature parity with the classic x86/x64 editions.
What CPU-Z reports on Windows ARM64
The ARM64 edition focuses on information useful for identifying and inspecting an SoC and the Windows system around it. CPUID documents these fields:

- SoC: name, architecture and manufacturing process.
- CPU: core topology and real-time maximum clock for each core set.
- Graphics and cache: GPU name and clock, plus SoC cache topology.
- Platform: system, mainboard and BIOS information.
- Memory: memory type and size.
- Operating system: Windows version, edition and build.
These details make the ARM64 build useful for checking what chip and configuration a Windows-on-Arm device reports, not just its processor name.
Which ARM chips does CPU-Z support?
CPUID’s release notes show support growing across several chip families and vendors. The milestones below are the additions or improvements listed for each version; they are not a claim that every chip from those vendors is supported.

The history documents a rapid expansion from the first release to Qualcomm, Broadcom, Rockchip, Microsoft SQ, NXP, Ampere and NVIDIA platforms. For exact supported models and changes, see CPUID’s CPU-Z ARM64 page.
How it compares with classic CPU-Z
The main difference established by CPUID is architectural: this edition is built for Windows ARM64 and presents SoC-oriented information. CPUID also documents an ARM64 benchmark tab from version 1.02 and a Graphics tab from version 1.05. Its announcement noted that some features were missing at launch, but the available documentation does not provide a current, complete feature-by-feature comparison with the classic x86/x64 build. Do not assume the two editions are identical.
