The serum behind the “10 years off” and “looks like I got Botox” claims appears to be COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum. Those phrases come from an individual shopper review, not a clinical finding: the available information does not show that the serum reduces a person’s age by 10 years or works like Botox.
What product is the headline referring to?
Us Weekly’s October 7, 2026 shopping article calls the product “Cosrx 6x Peptide Collagen-Booster,” while COSRX’s own name is The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum. The names point to the same likely product, but check the exact Amazon listing, size, and seller before buying; a headline alone does not confirm a particular variant. Us Weekly linked to an Amazon listing, but its price and availability can change. Us Weekly’s article reported $16, reduced from $25, on October 7, 2026. COSRX’s official page listed the 150 mL (5.07 fl oz) size at $25 when reviewed.
Does it really look like Botox?
That comparison is a shopper’s impression, not evidence of Botox-like results. Us Weekly reproduced an anonymous shopper review saying: “I am 34 with lots of dynamic wrinkles and some starting fine lines, and I feel like it took 10 years off my skin. It truly looks like I got Botox.” The wording describes one person’s subjective experience. The reviewed information contains no clinical comparison between this topical serum and Botox, so it cannot establish that the serum has equivalent effects.
What does COSRX say the serum does?
COSRX describes the product as a lightweight, toner-like booster intended as the first skincare step after cleansing. Its ingredient list includes six peptides: SH-Polypeptide-121, Copper Tripeptide-1, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate, Oligopeptide-68, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-8, and Acetyl Hexapeptide-8. The product page, as described in the available information, does not provide a full study report. The figures below should therefore be read as metrics reported by the brand in that stated study context—not as evidence of Botox equivalence or a guaranteed result.
