There are six Secret Hideouts in Control Resonant, one each in Downtown, Central, the Evacuation Zone, the West Incursion Zone, The Park, and The Unknown. Solve each storefront puzzle to open its hideout and collect one Health Upgrade Point; completing all six unlocks the Backroom Espionage trophy or achievement.
All six Secret Hideout locations and solutions
Each hideout is inside a street-level shop. Look for the marked keyhole wall and a nearby clue, then interact with the objects or enter the code described below. The map can reveal nearby secrets as question-mark icons, and the hideouts can be completed in any order. They remain available during post-story free roam, so none is missable. PowerPyx’s location guide and ControlResonantGame.com’s puzzle guide document the locations and solutions.

Access issues and area-specific tips
Central: clear the red barrier
If the Wear’Em & Wash’Em laundromat is blocked by a red barrier, follow its red connection to the destructible Hiss nodes and clear them. Return to the shop after the barrier is gone and solve the laundry-note pattern.
The Unknown: adjust gravity to reach Pulse Fitness
The Unknown’s opposing gravity orientation can leave you at an art gallery instead of Pulse Fitness. Flip gravity by 180 degrees to reach the storefront, then complete the treadmill-and-bike sequence.
