Contact Form V20 is a compact Colorlib template for adding a basic contact form to an existing web page. It presents four fields—name, email, subject, and message—over a Google Maps background. Colorlib lists it under a CC BY 3.0 license and says users must keep its credit link for personal or commercial use. The template is a front-end layout, however; the available descriptions do not establish that it sends submissions or includes spam protection.
What Contact Form V20 includes
Colorlib describes V20 as a basic contact form displayed over a Google Maps background. Its collection lists four fields:
- Name
- Subject
- Message
The collection presents V20 as a compact card or widget to embed in an existing page, rather than as a standalone contact page. Its styles are described as self-contained and intended to preserve the template’s appearance on host pages using Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6, or no framework. These are Colorlib’s descriptions, not independently verified compatibility results. Colorlib’s V20 page calls the design suitable for different screen sizes and devices, but that statement is also the publisher’s description.

V20 provides the visible form layout; the descriptions reviewed do not specify how it handles a submitted message. They do not establish a backend, delivery to an inbox, spam protection, or deployment steps. Before publishing, inspect the downloaded files and arrange the server-side or third-party integration needed to receive and process submissions. Test the deployed form from the visitor’s perspective, including validation and whether a completed message reaches its intended destination.

License and attribution
Colorlib lists V20 as CC BY 3.0. Its contact-form collection says the free templates may be used personally or commercially provided the Colorlib credit link is retained. Do not treat that as permission to remove attribution or redistribute the template without checking the license terms. Review the V20 listing and collection page for the publisher’s current terms.
Dates shown on the listing
The V20 page identifies Colorlib as the author, names Aigars Silkalns, displays April 21, 2018, and separately shows a release field of April 2026. Those are distinct fields on the listing; they should not be collapsed into a claim that the template was independently updated or tested on a single date.

Is V20 a fit for your site?
V20 is worth considering when you want a small, map-backed contact form embedded in an existing page and are prepared to provide the submission handling yourself. It is not enough on its own if you need a ready-to-run messaging system, verified delivery, or built-in spam controls; those capabilities are not established by Colorlib’s descriptions.
