No—not for streaming. Peacock says a U.S. customer’s device must be physically in the United States to stream. Its listed service area includes the U.S. and five U.S. territories, not international destinations. Premium Plus downloads may help with some travel, but Peacock does not guarantee that downloads will play in every country.
Where is Peacock available?
Peacock’s availability page lists the United States and these U.S. territories:

For U.S. customers, Peacock’s Help Center states: “Your device must physically be located in the US to stream.” That is the service’s stated location rule; a Peacock subscription does not by itself mean you can stream while traveling internationally.

No. Peacock’s household FAQ says a subscriber can watch away from home on a supported device associated with their household. That guidance covers being away from home, but it does not establish international availability. Read it alongside Peacock’s separate U.S. physical-location requirement. Peacock’s Terms of Use, updated December 3, 2025, also prohibit use of the service outside the U.S.

Can downloads help during a trip?
Premium Plus subscribers can download select titles in the Peacock app on supported mobile phones or tablets. The feature is a limited way to prepare for offline viewing, not a promise that Peacock streaming is available abroad. Peacock’s download guidance describes offline use but does not expressly guarantee playback in every country.
- You can keep up to 25 downloaded items across devices at one time.
- Some titles have a limit of 10 downloads per account.
- Once you start watching a download, it is automatically removed after 48 hours.
- An unwatched download expires after 30 days or when the title leaves Peacock, whichever comes first.
- Logging out of the app or uninstalling it removes downloads from that device.
Before leaving, check that each title offers a download, download it in the app, and confirm it is available for offline viewing. Do this before your trip rather than relying on a download to solve international streaming access.

Which Peacock plan makes sense for travel?
Peacock’s price notice lists the following U.S. prices effective August 18, 2026. Premium Plus is the only tier in this comparison that includes the select-title download feature; no tier changes the location rule for streaming.

| Plan | Monthly price | Annual price | Travel-relevant feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| Select | $8.99 | $89.99 | No Premium Plus download feature |
| Premium | $12.99 | $129.99 | No Premium Plus download feature |
| Premium Plus | $19.99 | $199.99 | Downloads of select titles on supported mobile or tablet devices |
Choose based on the plan’s content and ad experience, and whether its download option is useful to you—not as a way to unlock live streaming outside the U.S. Peacock says existing subscribers’ price changes may take effect on a later billing date, and active promotions continue through their promotional period. Prices and offers can change; check Peacock’s current plans and pricing before subscribing.

Will a compatible TV or streaming device work abroad?
Device compatibility and geographic availability are separate. Peacock supports a range of browsers, phones, televisions, consoles, and streaming devices, but compatible hardware does not override the location rule. A streaming stick or smart TV is not an exception to Peacock’s stated requirement that a U.S. customer’s device be in the U.S. to stream.
For supported platforms and minimum software versions, check Peacock’s supported-device list before relying on a particular device. The list may change, and meeting its technical requirements does not establish access from another country.
