Yes. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 works with Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Windows PCs, and select Android and iOS devices. How you connect it—and which features you can use—depends on the device. Mobile compatibility is not universal, and games must support controller input.

How do you connect it to a PC?
Choose the connection method that fits your PC. Xbox lists Bluetooth, USB-C, and the separately sold Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 and 11. Its product specifications do not establish that one method performs better in a particular game.
- Bluetooth: A wireless option for compatible Windows 10 or 11 PCs.
- USB-C: Connect with a compatible cable. The included USB-C cable is listed with the controller; Xbox specifies a USB cable for Windows 7 and 8.1, where some functionality is unsupported.
- Xbox Wireless Adapter: Another wireless option for Windows 10 or 11, but the adapter is sold separately.
For the FAQ “Do Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers work on PC?”, Xbox answers yes and names Bluetooth and USB-C as connection options in its Elite controllers FAQ.

What works on a phone or tablet?
Xbox lists Bluetooth support for select Android and iOS devices and versions, as well as tablets. That is not a guarantee for every handset, operating-system version, game, or controller feature. The game must accept controller input, and Xbox says some functionality is unsupported on mobile. The available Xbox specifications do not name a complete list of compatible devices.
Can you customize the controller on mobile?
Do not assume the console and Windows customization features are available in a phone app. Xbox lists its Accessories app for Xbox consoles and Windows 10 and 11. Button mapping, Xbox button color, and profile configuration are listed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 and 11—not for mobile devices. Xbox product specifications
