What the reported deal includes
The deal article identifies the product as the BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush. BISSELL’s U.S. product page identifies the cordless model as 4196K. The article’s $199.99 price and $160 savings are reported deal figures, not independently verified Amazon pricing. BISSELL’s page showed $259.99 when indexed, with $359.99 crossed out, so its listing does not confirm the reported Amazon offer or establish historical savings.
BISSELL’s PowerClean DualBrush 4196K product page is useful for checking the model and manufacturer specifications; its price may change.

- Confirm the model: Check that the offer is for PowerClean DualBrush model 4196K, rather than a similarly named PowerClean variant.
- Verify the live price: The $199.99 offer and $160 discount were reported by CNCB News on October 6, 2026, but were not independently confirmed against Amazon. The manufacturer page showed a different listed price when indexed.
- Match runtime to your use: For floor cleaning, the relevant stated maximum is up to 30 minutes in Eco with the floor head attached; Turbo with the head attached is listed at up to 13 minutes.
- Consider the tank size: The listed 0.4-liter capacity may mean more frequent emptying during larger cleanups.
- Check accessory and part compatibility: BISSELL’s parts page covers the PowerClean family, but confirm that any replacement part fits model 4196K before ordering.
BISSELL’s parts information is available at the PowerClean DualBrush Stick Vac 4196C parts page. That page is for Canadian model 4196C, so it should not be treated as proof that a particular part fits the U.S. 4196K.
