Where to get PSP games today
Sony’s PSP User’s Guide for system software 6.60 says the PlayStation Store no longer sells PSP games, in-game content, or videos. That makes the Store unavailable as a new-purchase route for PSP products; it does not establish whether a particular used copy or console is currently in stock.

The PSP plays games on Universal Media Disc (UMD). Sony’s PSP game documentation also covers Memory Stick media for saved data and starting games. If you are buying used hardware and physical games, check the exact PSP model and media compatibility, inspect the UMD and console condition, and confirm that the disc drive works. Sony reported more than 67 million PSP units worldwide, including 23 million in North America, in its February 25, 2011 announcement. Those are historical figures published by Sony in 2011, not current sales totals.
