To get Amazon Prime gaming benefits, go to Amazon Luna’s claims page, choose an offer, and follow the instructions shown for that specific item. Depending on the offer, you may need to redeem a code, link a publisher or game-store account, or install a launcher. Prime gaming benefits now appear through Amazon Luna, though many people still search for them as “Prime Gaming.”
What Prime gaming benefits include
Amazon describes three main kinds of gaming benefits for eligible Prime members: downloadable PC game offers, a changing library of games to stream through Luna in supported countries, and GameNight, a collection of local multiplayer games. A monthly Twitch channel subscription is also available where supported.

Amazon says the Luna cloud library has more than 50 games and GameNight has more than 25; these are Amazon’s own feature counts, not independent measures. The cloud catalog evolves, and games may leave it, so access to a streamable game is not the same as permanent ownership. Downloadable PC offers rotate, too. See Amazon’s Luna FAQ for its description of current benefits.

- Open luna.amazon.com/claims while signed in to the Amazon account with the relevant Prime membership.
- Choose an available game or perk. Offers and eligibility can vary by country.
- Read that offer’s instructions before claiming. Follow its redemption steps, which may involve a code, a linked account, or a game launcher.
- After redemption, use the platform or account specified in the offer to download or access the game. Keep any code and note which account received the entitlement.
There is no single redemption flow for every game. Some PC offers may require a store or launcher account; Amazon’s older how-to also describes linking accounts and installing the Amazon Games app for some titles. Those are possible steps, not a guarantee that every current offer uses those services. Amazon’s current Claim Games and More help page directs members to the claims page and offer-specific instructions.

Claimed games versus games you stream
| Benefit | What you receive | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Downloadable PC game offer | An offer to redeem through the platform or account named in its instructions. | Redemption steps, required launcher or linked account, and the game platform’s terms for access after redemption. |
| Luna cloud game | Access to a game in a changing streamable library while it is available through Luna. | Whether Luna cloud gaming is available in your country, compatible devices, and the current catalog. |
| GameNight | Local multiplayer games played together in the same place, with phones able to act as controllers. | Supported device and game setup. Amazon says remote online multiplayer is not currently supported. |
Do not assume that claiming a PC offer and streaming a Luna game have the same ownership terms. The offer’s redemption instructions and the game platform’s terms determine what happens after a PC game is redeemed; the cloud catalog is subject to change.
Does Prime Gaming work in your country?
Amazon lists cloud gaming, GameNight, and claimable games with Prime in 14 countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal, and Luxembourg. Its Luna help also lists countries where Prime members can claim games without Luna cloud gaming, including Australia, Brazil, Egypt, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. These lists are not interchangeable.

- Gift Card has no fees and no expiration date

Amazon says full cloud access requires a Prime membership from the country where the customer resides. Separately, Prime Video help says a Prime Video membership enables Luna Standard in countries outside the markets where Prime is required. Because eligibility depends on both location and membership type, check Amazon’s current Luna country and territory eligibility page and Prime Video Luna Standard help for your account’s country before expecting a particular benefit.
How to get the monthly Twitch subscription
Where available, Prime members can claim a monthly subscription to a Twitch channel through Twitch’s Prime Member Perks page. Choose an eligible channel and follow the claim flow for that month. A subscription can provide channel-specific benefits such as chat privileges, emoticons, and badges where the channel and region support them; it should not be treated as a subscription usable on any channel. Amazon’s Prime Gaming help describes the benefit and its availability.

Devices and controllers for Luna
Amazon lists Fire TV and Fire Tablet, select Samsung and LG smart TVs, iOS and Android devices, PCs, Macs, and Chromebooks among supported device types. Exact compatibility can vary by device and country, so check the current Luna device guidance before setup. For cloud play, a supported Bluetooth controller can be paired, or you can use an optional Luna Controller. You do not need to buy a Luna Controller to try the service.
GameNight is different: it is designed for local play, and phones can join by scanning a QR code displayed on the TV and use touch controls. Amazon says other local players can participate without their own Prime membership; remote online multiplayer is not currently supported. For downloadable PC games, the required device and controls depend on the game and the platform named in its redemption instructions.

Where “Prime Gaming” went
Amazon’s current presentation places Prime gaming benefits under Luna, while “Prime Gaming” remains a familiar name in Amazon help and in search queries. If an older guide points to a separate Prime Gaming page or a specific launcher, use the offer instructions on the current Luna claims page instead. Amazon’s overview of the Prime gaming offer is available in its What is Prime Gaming? help page.
