Can my PC run AION 2?
Compare your hardware with the tier that matches your goal. The global requirements below come from NCSoft’s AION 2 Global Support FAQ, dated July 21, 2026. The separate Korean list is from NC’s Korean download page, whose publication date is not stated.

The regional tables are not word-for-word identical. For example, the global FAQ lists Ryzen 5 2600 and Core i5-10500 as minimum CPU examples, while the Korean page lists Ryzen 5 2600X and Core i5-10500F. Check the requirements applicable to your region rather than treating the lists as interchangeable. See the AION 2 Global Support FAQ and NC’s Korean download page.
How to interpret minimum and recommended
- Minimum is the published lower hardware tier. The global FAQ pairs it with Very Low graphics at FHD; it does not promise a particular frame rate.
- Recommended is the higher listed tier, including twice the RAM and a more capable NVIDIA example. It is not a guarantee of a specific frame rate or performance in every scene.
- Model names are examples in the official tables, not a complete ranking of every processor or graphics card. The sources do not establish how a different component compares in every PC configuration.
What GPU and memory do I need?
For the global requirements, the listed NVIDIA graphics examples are a GTX 1050 Ti with 4 GB of VRAM at minimum and an RTX 2070 with 8 GB at recommended. The Korean page also names AMD alternatives: RX 470 with 4 GB at minimum and RX 5700 XT with 8 GB at recommended. These are the specifications NC publishes; they do not provide a benchmark comparison or expected FPS for those cards.

The global FAQ specifies 8 GB of RAM at minimum and 16 GB at recommended. The Korean page’s table does not state memory figures, so do not assume it supplies a separate regional RAM value.
How much storage does AION 2 need?
Plan for 100 GB of available storage, the amount listed for both global tiers and on the Korean page. NC’s Korean page says the initial installation may require more than about 70 GB; that initial-install figure is not the same as the listed 100 GB storage specification. Leaving room for updates is prudent.
NC labels an SSD as recommended, not mandatory. The published notes do not say that an NVMe drive is required or that installing on an SSD increases FPS.

Use the note for your region as a starting point at FHD, or 1920×1080. The official pages give different recommended-tier presets:

Start with the applicable preset, then adjust in-game based on how your own PC performs. The official pages reviewed do not list individual graphics options or quantify their effects, so they do not support a menu-by-menu tuning recipe or FPS prediction. They also do not establish suitability at resolutions above FHD.
What the published specifications do not tell you
- They do not provide official FPS figures for a particular CPU and GPU combination.
- They do not quantify performance at 1440p, at high refresh rates or in crowded scenes.
- They do not document the effect of individual graphics settings or identify supported upscaling options.
Use the listed tiers and regional FHD note as a compatibility and starting-preset guide, not as a performance guarantee.
