Advanced SystemCare and Glary Utilities both offer Windows cleanup and maintenance tools, but the available vendor information does not show that either one makes a PC faster or safer than the other. Choose by the features included in the edition you plan to use, its license terms, and your Windows compatibility needs—not by advertised speed multipliers.
What’s the difference between Advanced SystemCare and Glary Utilities?
Advanced SystemCare, from IObit, emphasizes PC cleanup and optimization, with some monitoring, maintenance, and privacy features in its paid edition. Glary Utilities, from Glarysoft, groups cleaning, repair, and privacy tools in both its Free and Professional editions; its Professional edition adds scheduled tasks, automated updating, commercial-use permission, and support.
Those descriptions come from the vendors. They explain what the companies say their products include, not how well the utilities perform on a particular computer.
Features and edition differences
Advanced SystemCare
IObit describes the free edition as providing basic PC cleaning and optimization. Its Pro comparison lists deeper junk and registry cleaning, scheduled care, real-time system monitoring, software updates, Health Checker, automatic RAM cleaning, Internet Booster, and privacy and security features. IObit also describes a new cleaning mode as AI-based, intended to clean junk, logs, caches, and leftover files. Check the current edition comparison before buying, because not every listed capability is part of the free tier. IObit’s Free and Pro comparison

Glary Utilities
Glarysoft describes both Free and Professional as offering cleaning, repair, and privacy functions. Its current download page lists manual updates for Free and automatic updating, complete cleaning, automatic maintenance, and unlimited support among Professional features. The edition comparison further identifies scheduled one-click maintenance, scheduled web updates, automatic update downloads, commercial-use permission, and free technical support as Pro additions. Because that comparison page has an old copyright footer, consult the current Glary Utilities download page for current version and offer details, and verify the included features at checkout. Do either utility actually speed up a PC?
IObit advertises “up to 200%” faster PC performance and “up to 300%” Internet speedup for Advanced SystemCare. IObit says Advanced SystemCare complements antivirus software and is not itself a replacement for a separate antivirus product. IObit distinguishes Advanced SystemCare Ultimate as the edition with a full antivirus engine. IObit also says it does not recommend running more than one system utility on a PC, so installing both utilities concurrently is not a default recommendation. IObit product guidance · IObit FAQ
