Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

Guides report a price of 10,000 in-game currency and say the equipped hat grants demons Sun Immunity; they disagree on the currency name, so check the purchase dialogue in your current game.
How to get the Black Amigasa
- Accept the delivery quest. Find MoldySugar in Windy Peak, the starter area, and speak with them to begin the package delivery.
- Travel to Mistfall Harbor. Follow the quest marker if one appears. Otherwise, head south from Windy Peak through the Wilderness and Bamboo Grove toward the harbor. The published route descriptions do not provide verified coordinates, so use the in-game marker where available. NerdsChalk describes a downhill trail through Bamboo Grove; AllThingsHow also places the route through the Wilderness and Bamboo Grove.
- Deliver the package to Elara. Look for Elara at her clothing or tailor shop in Mistfall Harbor. The guides report that completing this delivery unlocks or makes her inventory available.
- Buy the Black Amigasa. Elara is reported to sell it for 10,000 in-game currency. The sources use conflicting labels—Yen, Wen, and a dollar sign—so rely on the live game’s displayed amount and currency name.
- Equip the hat. Purchase alone is not reported to activate Sun Immunity; equip the Black Amigasa for the effect.
What Sun Immunity does
Guides describe daylight as continuous burn damage for demons and identify Sun Immunity as the Black Amigasa’s benefit. NerdsChalk says sunlight protection is the hat’s sole benefit, so do not expect it to add other combat stats. The game item description reproduced by AllThingsHow reads: “Lacquered black and gilded with cranes, slung on red cords. Ornate for a bandit’s hat, and still shade enough to keep the sun off.”
Black Amigasa or Kamado clan?
The Kamado clan is also reported as a source of Sun Immunity, but the available guides do not establish its acquisition requirements or odds. The practical choice depends on your situation:
- Choose the hat route if you want a defined quest and purchase path and are willing to use the headwear slot.
- Consider the clan passive if you already have the relevant clan or prefer not to use the hat slot.
The guides do not provide enough information to compare other immunity gear or determine which option is universally better. Price, shop stock, route details, and clan mechanics can change with game updates; the cited information comes from secondary guides rather than official game documentation or direct gameplay verification.
