To track a Hostinger Ecommerce store’s performance, open its Store Manager and select Analytics. The Sales tab breaks down sales and orders; the Traffic tab reports visits and visitors. You can choose a date range, compare it with the previous period, and filter both reports to focus on selected channels, countries, or devices.

Open Analytics for the right store

  1. Sign in to your Hostinger account and open Ecommerce on the dashboard.
  2. Find the relevant Ecommerce plan and select Manage to open that store’s Store Manager.
  3. Select Analytics in the Store Manager sidebar.

The Analytics page has two tabs: Sales and Traffic. The Store Manager navigation is described in Hostinger’s Store Manager guide; the report details below are covered in its Analytics page guide.

Read the Sales report

The Sales tab’s summary shows total sales, number of orders, and average order value for the selected period. Each metric can show its percentage change from the previous period, and a line chart plots the selected period by day.

Use the breakdowns to locate contributors

  • Sales by channel shows each connected channel’s share of sales.
  • Top products ranks best sellers by sales or items sold.
  • Discounts used lists discount codes, how often each was used, and its share of sales.

Start with the summary to see the overall result, then use the breakdowns to identify which channels, products, or discounts contributed to that result. These reports show patterns and totals; they do not establish why a change occurred.

Read the Traffic report

Select Traffic beside Sales. Its summary reports visits and unique visitors for the selected period, with comparison badges and a daily line chart.

Understand the traffic breakdowns

  • Visits by channel reports traffic for connected channels that provide traffic data.
  • Visits by country presents visitor locations as an interactive map or a list.
  • Visits by device shows the share from desktop, mobile, tablet, and other devices.

Choose a date range and compare periods

The filter bar applies across both tabs. Choose a preset period, such as today, yesterday, a recent number of days, week, month, quarter, or year, or enter a custom range of up to 365 days. Enable Compare to overlay the previous period of equal length on the chart and show percentage-change badges on summary metrics.

For a meaningful comparison, use equivalent periods and check which filters are active before interpreting a change. You can filter by one or more sales channels, countries, or device types; each filter supports Is and Is not conditions. A comparison shows how reported values differ between periods, not what caused the difference.

Account for reporting delays and channel coverage

Traffic data refreshes once a day, so visits for today appear the following day. TikTok Shop, Meta, and custom channels do not share traffic data with the Traffic tab. The Sales tab, however, reports sales for all connected channels. As a result, a channel may contribute sales without appearing in the traffic breakdown; its absence there does not mean it received no visits.

Do not confuse Ecommerce Analytics with hosting analytics

This guide refers to the sales and traffic reports inside an Ecommerce store’s Store Manager. Hostinger’s separate hosting-dashboard Analytics feature covers hosting measures such as HTTP(S) requests, unique IP addresses, and bandwidth. The two features answer different questions; see Hostinger’s hosting dashboard Analytics guide for the latter.
