Change the watch face on your Pixel Watch

Touch and hold the current watch face.

Swipe left or right to browse the available faces.

Tap the face you want to use.

Change or edit a face in the Pixel Watch app

Open the Pixel Watch app on your phone.

Tap Watch faces.

Browse the available faces. Tap Use on watch to apply one, or tap Edit to adjust it before applying.
Customize colors, layouts, and complications
On the watch, touch and hold the face, then tap Edit. Swipe through the available style and complication-layout options and select the ones you prefer. In the phone app, use Edit from the Watch faces screen before applying a face.

A complication is a small information display on the watch face, such as weather or step count. Its available content and position depend on the face and the layouts that face supports. Complications are not the same as Tiles: Tiles are separate screens you reach by swiping through the watch interface. Google Pixel Watch Help
Use personal photos as a watch face
Google’s Photos face supports up to 30 photos from a personal photo album. Google recommends using the latest Pixel Watch app and Google Photos app on both the phone and watch. You select the photos on your phone, even if you begin setting up the face on the watch.

Open the Pixel Watch app on your phone and tap Watch faces.

Tap Add new, then select Photos.

Choose a watch face in Photos and select the photos you want to use.

Tap Add, then tap Save.
You can also start from the face gallery on the watch. If prompted, open Google Photos on the watch; complete photo selection on your phone. Google Pixel Watch Help
Create a face with AI assistance
Google’s help documentation describes AI-assisted watch-face customization using a text description or voice input, followed by a choice of visual style and applying the result as the face. It says the feature requires an internet connection and a personal Google Account with Gemini enabled. The documented entry points are the watch’s face gallery and the phone app’s Watch faces screen; exact labels and availability may differ with your current app and watch software. Manage faces and complication data
Wear OS guidance explains that users can add or hide faces and manage whether a face may receive complication data. If a face was downloaded from an app store, removing the downloaded app can remove that face as well. These are general Wear OS controls; the exact steps can vary by watch and software version. Wear OS by Google Help
