Use the Texas Legislature’s Who Represents Me? lookup to find your state senator by street address, then contact the senator’s office through the email option, phone number, or mailing address listed on the official Senate pages. If you mean Ken Paxton’s impeachment, that trial ended in September 2023; constituent messages cannot change its completed verdict.

Find your Texas senator

  1. Open the Who Represents Me? service and enter your street address. The Texas Senate FAQ directs constituents to this lookup to identify their senator and notes that it requires a street address.
  2. From the 89th Legislature members index, open your senator’s page. The current roster lists 31 geographical districts; District 22 is marked vacant. Because representation and contact details can change, use the live lookup and roster rather than relying on a saved list.

Choose a way to contact the office

Route What to know
Email Email is handled individually by each senator’s office. Some offices provide a web form, and not all senators accept email. Check the senator’s own page; the FAQ says there is no single list of all senator email addresses.
Phone The Senate Membership Directory lists senators’ Capitol or district telephone numbers.
Mail The full directory lists senators’ mailing addresses and represented counties.

For a message, identify your town or Senate district, describe the issue, and say what response or action you are seeking. Keep a message concise and specific so the office can understand your request.

Do not send the message to the Senate website administrator

The Web Administrator Contact Form is for website support. The Senate says messages submitted there go only to the web administrator and cannot be forwarded to Senate offices. Use the senator’s listed office contact instead.

If you mean the Ken Paxton impeachment trial

The Texas House adopted 20 articles of impeachment against Attorney General Warren Kenneth Paxton, Jr. on May 27, 2023. The Senate convened as a high court of impeachment on September 5, 2023; the proceeding concluded with a judgment on September 16. The Senate’s Court of Impeachment page links to the judgment, trial transcripts, and webcast archive.

Statements from senators at the time reflect that specific, completed proceeding, not a general rule for any future impeachment. On September 5, 2023, Senator Kevin Sparks said he could not discuss the case, citing his role as a juror and the gag order upheld by the Texas Supreme Court. He directed constituents with casework or other policy questions to contact his Capitol office. On September 16, Senator Pete Flores described his vote in a statement about the verdict. Those statements do not make outreach a way to reopen or alter the completed judgment.

For questions about another impeachment or a current policy issue, contact your own senator’s office using the live official listings. The Paxton-specific statements should not be treated as instructions for a different proceeding.
