In a browser, open PlayStation Account Management, go to Security, and select Sign Out on All Devices. If you suspect someone has access to your account, change your sign-in credentials and consider console deactivation as a separate step.
Can you see which devices are signed in to your PlayStation account?
Sony’s public support instructions describe signing out across all devices, but do not document a chronological sign-in log or a screen for selectively removing one device session. The all-device sign-out is a protective reset, not a way to identify when or where someone signed in. See Sony’s sign-in and sign-out instructions and its Account & Security support page.
How to sign out of PlayStation on all devices
- In a web browser, sign in to PlayStation Account Management.
- Open Security.
- Select Sign Out on All Devices and confirm if prompted.
This ends sessions across devices, including your own, so you may need to sign in again on consoles or other devices you use. Sony’s documented control signs out all devices; it does not offer a selective sign-out option for one named device in these instructions.
Sign-out and console deactivation are different
Signing out ends account sessions. Deactivating consoles changes which consoles are activated for your account; it is a separate action, and signing out alone does not deactivate a console. If a console is lost, stolen, or involved in a suspected compromise, Sony recommends signing out on all devices and then deactivating consoles. Its PS5 Console Sharing guidance says remote deactivation applies to all devices and can be used once every six months. Review Sony’s compromised-account guidance and PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play instructions for the current controls.

Secure the account if you do not recognize activity
If an unknown sign-in or device worries you, treat it as a possible account-access issue even though the documented tools do not provide a detailed session history. After signing out all devices, update your password or sign-in method. Consider a passkey or 2-step verification, and keep backup codes somewhere accessible and safe. Sony’s security best practices discuss passkeys, shared devices, QR-code caution, and signing out after use. Its 2-step verification guide describes authenticator-app or text-message codes and backup codes.
- Do not share your account details. Sony’s security guidance says, “Never share your account details with anyone else.”
- Sign out when using someone else’s console.
- Be cautious with QR codes used in sign-in flows.
When to contact PlayStation Support
Contact PlayStation Support or use its Online Assistant if someone changed your sign-in details without permission, you no longer control the linked email or phone, you receive unexpected verification messages, or you cannot change your sign-in method. Use Sony’s sign-in troubleshooting page for access problems. If the account is still accessible but a console was stolen, Sony also recommends considering removal of payment methods; see its compromised-account and unauthorized-charge guidance.

Prevent sign-ins from lingering on shared devices
Use your own console or trusted devices when possible. When you do use someone else’s console, sign out before leaving; do not share credentials, and consider setting up a passkey. These habits reduce the chance that another person can reuse a session or account details.
