For DSW’s Shoebox Shuffle promotion running September 28 through October 25, 2026, eligible DSW VIP members can enter at dsw.com/vip-game while signed in. The official rules do not provide a self-service page to look up sweepstakes-entry status: potential drawing winners are to be notified by email, while instant-win results appear on screen immediately.
Who can enter the current DSW promotion?
DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc.’s current Shoebox Shuffle Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and DSW VIP Rewards Program members when they enter. How to enter the DSW Shoebox Shuffle
- Join DSW VIP if needed. Membership is free to join, subject to DSW VIP terms.
- Sign in during the promotion period. Use your DSW VIP account and check that your profile has your true first and last name and a valid email address.
- Complete the promotion registration. Go to dsw.com/vip-game, follow the on-screen instructions, and submit the registration form with the name and email address associated with your VIP account. Initials do not meet the name-field requirement.
- Choose what to do after registration. Registration gives you one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play. You can play the shuffle game for entertainment or proceed to the instant-win reveal.
Daily entry limit
The rules permit one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play per day during this promotion. Do not use multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or automated methods to get around the limit; DSW’s rules say violations may void entries and result in disqualification.

- No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
How to check whether your entry was received
The official rules do not describe an account page or other self-service lookup for confirming receipt or eligibility of a sweepstakes entry. Do not treat an order-status page as a sweepstakes-entry tracker. Keep the email address linked to your DSW VIP account accessible and check its inbox and spam or junk folder for promotion messages. Checking those folders is practical advice, not a status-check method promised by DSW.
For this promotion, potential sweepstakes winners are selected on or around October 26, 2026 and notified by email. An instant-win result appears immediately after the reveal; potential instant-win winners may also receive an email with instructions for claiming. The drawing date is approximate, not a guaranteed time for an email to arrive.

What to do if you receive a potential-winner message
A screen result or email identifying you as a potential winner is not confirmation that you have won. DSW and its administrator must verify potential winners, and DSW says screenshots are not accepted in place of its validation process. Follow the official claim instructions promptly: a potential winner may be asked to provide identifying and mailing information within five days of notice or attempted notice.
