The advertised $240 saving on Acer’s Predator X34 OLED referred to a historical Amazon coupon offer reported on October 17, 2025—not a verified price today. HotHardware said the monitor was listed at $799.99 and fell to $559.99 after shoppers selected a coupon. That offer is over a year old as of October 4, 2026, and the available information does not establish whether the coupon, price, or listing is still available.
What the $240-off headline meant
HotHardware’s October 17, 2025 article reported a $559.99 Amazon price after applying a coupon to a $799.99 listing, a $240 reduction from that listed price. The discount was tied to that retailer offer at that time; it is not evidence of a current sale. Read the original HotHardware deal report.
The report also said CamelCamelCamel’s then-visible history showed a former low of $699.99 and an average selling price of $887.81. Those are figures reported by HotHardware about the tracker’s history at the time, not a current price history or an independently verified market average.

Ports and setup details
For the Canadian-listed part, Acer lists two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-C ports, and two USB-B upstream ports. The listed package includes HDMI, USB-C, and USB 3.0 cables. The monitor supports 100 × 100 VESA mounting. Confirm the local model’s connections and included accessories, since Acer notes regional and model variations.

Acer lists a 240 Hz refresh rate, but the refresh rate you can use also depends on the connected hardware and setup. Check that your computer, graphics output, cable, and selected display settings support the mode you want.
