That announcement confirms the handheld was offered for preorder then; it does not establish whether orders are still open or shipments are now underway. The announced HX 470 configuration was reported at $1,299, alongside a lower-priced HX 370 model.
Was the AYANEO KONKR FIT up for preorder?
Yes, according to AYANEO’s February 6, 2026 announcement, which said preorder availability began at an introductory price of $999. AYANEO scheduled shipments to begin at the end of April 2026. Those are announcement-era details, not confirmation of current stock, open ordering, or completed deliveries as of October 4, 2026.
AYANEO’s announcement gives the starting price but does not itemize each configuration. HotHardware reported two preorder tiers on February 7, 2026, and noted that it had not tested the device:
| Processor | Memory | Storage | Reported preorder price |
|---|---|---|---|
| AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 | 16GB | 512GB | $999 (HotHardware, February 7, 2026) |
| AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 | 32GB | 1TB | $1,299 (HotHardware, February 7, 2026) |
These are historical reported prices, not verified current offers. Check AYANEO or a seller for present availability, configuration, and price before buying.

What comes with the handheld?
AYANEO names a carrying case, screen protector, thumbstick caps, paper stand, lens cloth, and stickers among KONKR FIT accessories. The announcement does not establish whether these items are included with a particular configuration, sold separately, or currently available. Confirm package contents and accessory compatibility with the seller.
What should you verify before ordering?
- Confirm that orders are currently open and check the seller’s shipping date; the April 2026 schedule was a forecast in the original announcement.
- Match the processor, memory, and storage on the actual listing to the configuration you intend to buy. The two tiers above were reported by HotHardware, not itemized in AYANEO’s announcement.
- Compare the current price against the historical preorder figures, rather than assuming those introductory prices still apply.
- Look for independent performance and battery-life tests if those results matter to your decision; the published material cited here does not provide them.
- Check whether accessories are included or separately listed, and verify the fit of any case or screen protector.
How to assess the announcement
The announced combination is a 7-inch OLED panel with refresh rates up to 144Hz, two Ryzen AI processor options, and an 80.85Wh battery. Those specifications describe the product, but do not by themselves establish how fast games run or how long it lasts away from a charger. The preorder announcement answers what AYANEO offered in February 2026; it is not a current availability check.
