Most of the talismans covered by launch-week guides are found in secret chests, not farmed as ordinary random enemy drops. Five of the reported eight secret-chest talismans are in fixed locations; three depend on finding a procedural dungeon or rift room. Collecting all eight reportedly opens a secret route in Howling Woods to the Mosstrosity, which rewards Wonderful Wheat.
What talisman farming means in Minecraft Dungeons II
Talismans are equipment that provide passive bonuses and let you customize a build, according to the official gameplay-systems overview. Quests can also reward gear, but the official overview does not provide a talisman drop table or a specific farming route. The guidance below concerns a separate set of eight talismans that launch-week guides say are hidden in secret chests.
Those guides divide the set into five fixed-location chests and three items tied to procedural rooms or layouts. The distinction matters: for a fixed chest, search the named region; for a procedural item, you may need to replay the relevant dungeon or rift until its room appears. The item list and routes are reported by AllThingsHow and Dungeons2Build, rather than an official acquisition table.
Start with the five fixed-location secret chests
Launch-week location guides name Howling Woods, Rainy Plains, Frozen Highlands, Humbler Huskland, and Lullaby Hills as regions containing fixed-location talismans. Travel to each named region and look for the hidden chest route described by a current location guide. Do not spend time repeatedly killing enemies in the hope that these particular items will drop at random.

The available reporting establishes the regions, but not enough reliable detail to reproduce every hidden route or puzzle step here. If a chest is not where a guide indicates, check that the guide matches the current game version and explore nearby side paths rather than assuming an enemy drop is required.
Rerun the right content for the three procedural-room talismans
These items are reported to depend on a dungeon or rift room appearing in a generated run. Explore side rooms and check for the described layout. If the room does not appear, start another run of the relevant type. No reviewed source establishes a spawn percentage or a guaranteed number of runs.

The room associations in the table come from the two launch-week location guides, not an official drop table. Their available details do not support exact puzzle instructions or drop-rate comparisons. Check an up-to-date guide against the room in your game before following any specific puzzle steps.
Use the eight-item collection to reach Wonderful Wheat
After collecting the eight secret-chest talismans, the guides report that a secret route in Howling Woods opens and leads to the Mosstrosity. Defeating the boss reportedly rewards Wonderful Wheat. It is a ninth reported reward from the collection route, not one of the eight chests required to open it.

What is—and is not—known about drop odds
The official materials describe talismans as gear but do not publish a full acquisition table. The launch-week guides report locations and room types, not measured drop probabilities, procedural-room spawn rates, or a guaranteed run count. Treat repeat runs as a way to encounter a missing procedural layout, not as a quantified farming method. Routes, room conditions, and rewards may also change with later updates.
Minecraft Dungeons II is available on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, according to the official launch announcement. Xbox also says it is included with Game Pass; access options do not change how talismans are found.
