Google Jules exited beta on August 6, 2025. Its current published tiers allow 15, 100, or 300 tasks per rolling 24-hour period, depending on the tier; the paid Jules tiers are included with Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra. Google’s 2025 launch announcement described those paid tiers as offering 5× and 20× the introductory limits, but the current limits page lists absolute allowances instead. What Jules is and what changed at beta exit
Jules is an asynchronous coding agent that works with GitHub repositories. In Google’s beta-era description, a user assigns a coding task, Jules works in a cloud virtual machine, and the user can review and steer its plan. [Google’s May 20, 2025 overview]
On August 6, 2025, Google announced that Jules was out of beta and publicly available. The announcement highlighted Gemini 2.5-powered planning, higher usage allowances through Google AI Pro and Ultra, and capabilities added during beta, including GitHub issues integration, reusable setups, and multimodal support. Google’s changelog also listed work to reduce tasks getting stuck and improve compliance with instructions in agents.md. [Google’s beta-exit announcement] [Jules changelog]
Current Jules plans and limits
Google’s Limits and Plans page currently describes task allowances over a rolling 24-hour daily window. Its model descriptions distinguish higher or priority access to the latest model on paid tiers; the page says those tiers start with Gemini 3 Pro. These are documented limits, not a guarantee that limits or model access will remain unchanged. [Google Jules Limits and Plans]

The current plans page says the paid Jules tiers are included with their corresponding Google AI subscriptions. It does not state subscription prices, so the figures in Google’s beta-exit announcement should not be read as current subscription pricing. The same page currently limits paid Jules plans to individual Google Accounts ending in @gmail.com; check the page for current eligibility and limits before relying on them. How the launch multipliers compare with today’s listed allowances
At the August 2025 beta exit, Google described the introductory tier, Jules in Pro, and Jules in Ultra, saying Pro had 5× higher limits and Ultra had 20× higher limits than introductory access. Those were launch comparisons. The current page instead provides absolute daily and concurrency limits, so the multipliers are best treated as historical launch framing rather than current plan figures.
