To use it, check Rover’s available forms in the game menus and select Electro if it is unlocked. The exact Electro unlock quest, chapter, and Union Level requirement are not established by the available guide, so follow the requirement shown in your current game rather than relying on another Rover form’s unlock steps.
How to unlock Electro Rover
Electro Rover is listed as a version 3.5 addition. WuWa Field Guide’s roster entry gives its debut as July 10, 2026, and its version 3.6 guide lists Electro among Rover’s four forms: Spectro, Havoc, Aero, and Electro. Those details describe release history and the forms covered by that guide; they do not tell you what a particular account must do to unlock Electro. The guide does not identify Electro’s exact unlock quest, chapter, Union Level, or acquisition sequence. Check Rover’s form list in your current game: if Electro is locked, use the unlock prompt displayed there and complete the requirement it names. If the game does not show a clear requirement, consult current official in-game instructions or support rather than assuming that another form’s route also unlocks Electro.
Do not use another form’s requirements as a shortcut
The guide describes Chapter 1 Act VI and Union Level 21 for Havoc Rover. Those are Havoc-specific details, not verified Electro requirements. The same distinction applies to any older walkthrough that names a quest or level for a different attribute.

How to switch Rover’s Resonance Attribute
Once the desired form is available, select Rover’s attribute through the game menus. The current guide supports this general menu-based method but does not verify a complete screen-by-screen route or platform-specific button prompts. Open the menus, inspect Rover’s unlocked forms, choose the desired attribute, and confirm that the displayed attribute and skill descriptions match your selection. Menu labels and prompts can change, so follow what your current client shows rather than a guessed path.
Rover has one character slot with selectable forms; Electro is not a separate Resonator that can be placed alongside another Rover in the same party. The version 3.6 guide describes Spectro as Rover’s starting form and lists Havoc, Aero, and Electro as other forms.

Attribute selection is not combat switching
Choosing Rover’s attribute in the menus is a preparation choice. In combat, switching means changing from one Resonator to another. Kuro Games’ combat notes say that switching to another Resonator when Concerto Energy is full triggers that Resonator’s Concerto Effect; the published excerpt says, “Switch Resonators at the moment when Concerto Energy is maxed to carry out the Concerto Skill of the said Resonator.” Read Kuro Games’ combat-system notes.
Concerto Energy is distinct from Resonance Energy, which is used for Resonance Liberation. Neither combat action changes Rover’s selected attribute: choose the form in the menus, then use ordinary Resonator switching during battle.

Why you may not be able to switch Rover to Electro
- Electro is not listed among Rover’s forms: The form may not yet be available on your account. Check the current in-game prompt for its requirement.
- Electro appears but is locked: Follow the condition displayed by the game. The available guide does not establish a universal quest, chapter, or Union Level requirement for Electro.
- You are looking for a separate party member: Electro is a Rover form, not an additional character slot.
- You are trying to change forms during a fight: Combat switching changes active Resonators; it is not the menu operation for changing Rover’s attribute.
Does Electro Rover need a particular weapon or Echo to unlock?
No weapon or Echo requirement for unlocking Electro is established in the available sources. A separate unofficial build guide labels Electro Rover a support and recommends Blazing Brilliance and the Moonlit Clouds Echo set, but those are build recommendations, not unlock conditions; builds are also version-sensitive.
