How to Import Medical Records in the Ultrahuman App

You can add a blood test report you already have by opening the Ultrahuman app and going to Vision → Upload Blood Report (Vision Cloud). Ultrahuman also announced a separate HealthEx PowerPlug for connecting records held by selected care sites; that option has different eligibility, consent and pricing. The app documentation does not establish a general folder or tagging system for organizing imported reports.

How do I upload medical records to Ultrahuman?

1. Open the Ultrahuman app and select the Vision tab.

2. Scroll down and tap Upload Blood Report (Vision Cloud).

3. Choose a provider PDF report to upload and follow the in-app prompts. Ultrahuman’s launch announcement describes uploading historical medical test results as PDFs, with bloodwork as the initial focus.

The official materials do not state an upload-size limit or give an exhaustive list of supported file types. If the app does not accept your file, check its current prompts or contact Ultrahuman support rather than converting it to an undocumented format.

Can I add old blood test results and see trends?

Yes. Vision Cloud was announced for historical bloodwork reports, and Ultrahuman says that uploading multiple reports can show longer-term trends. Its announcement does not specify exactly how many reports can be added or describe controls for naming, tagging, folders, or deleting individual uploads.

The launch announcement presents CT scans, MRI scans and other diagnostics as potential future expansion, not as established current upload support. Use the current app’s upload screen to confirm what it accepts.

What is the difference between Vision Cloud and HealthEx?

Vision Cloud is for a report file you already have. HealthEx PowerPlug is a separate connected-record feature announced for US Ultrahuman Ring users: members verify their identity, choose care sites, consent to sharing selected records, and can stop sharing. Ultrahuman says connected record information appears alongside Ring measures and is accessed through the PowerPlugs tab.

The HealthEx release says its PowerPlug maps 532 conditions, medications and procedures from electronic medical records. That is Ultrahuman’s announced mapping coverage, not an independent measure of how complete any individual’s record will be. HealthEx Wallet is described as a separate free HealthEx offering; it is not the same as the paid Ultrahuman PowerPlug.

How do I organize records after importing them?

The official instructions describe uploading reports and viewing longer-term trends, but do not document a general record library with folders, tags, custom names or sorting controls. Avoid assuming that a particular organization feature exists. If you need a specific control, check the current Vision screen or Ultrahuman’s official support materials before relying on it.

What should I know about privacy before connecting or uploading?

Medical records and history are sensitive personal information under Ultrahuman’s privacy policy, which was updated September 13, 2026. Review the current policy, consent screens and in-app terms before sharing records. For HealthEx, the companies say members choose what to connect, actively consent, and can stop sharing. Ultrahuman and HealthEx also say they do not sell member health data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models; those are company statements, not the result of an independent privacy audit.
