Check whether BIEK has published your group’s result
BIEK’s official results page lists results by group and examination year. Its listing includes 2026 annual results and shows Science Pre-Engineering Part-I dated 02-10-2026. That date applies to the listed group; it does not establish that every HSC-I group’s result has been published.
- Open the BIEK results page and select the correct examination year and group.
- Check the roll number and personal details against your admit card or college record.
- If your group’s result is not listed, or the record still seems wrong, contact your college and BIEK to ask whether the result is pending for that group, withheld, mismatched, or contains a marks discrepancy.
Report a missing result or an apparent error
Contact your college and BIEK rather than assuming that every missing record has the same cause or remedy. BIEK does not publish one universal decision tree for HSC-I cases, so ask which section handles your specific issue and what evidence it needs.
When you make an enquiry, have your roll number, group, examination year and any available result screenshot or marksheet copy ready. These are practical details to help identify the case, not a published mandatory checklist. The BIEK contact page lists:

Ask whether the issue is a publication delay for your group, a withheld result, a record mismatch, or a marks concern. The answer determines whether you need an enquiry, verification, a duplicate document, or scrutiny.
Choose the form that matches the problem
BIEK’s forms index lists separate forms for scrutiny, marksheet verification, and duplicate marksheets or other duplicate testimonials. They are not interchangeable. Confirm with BIEK or your college which procedure applies to your case and obtain the current instructions.

Understand what scrutiny does—and does not do
BIEK’s posted scrutiny form says, “The Answer Script of candidate shall not be re-assessed as per rules” and “Where the re-checking does not mean re-assessment or re-evaluation of the answer book.” Scrutiny should therefore not be treated as fresh marking or as a promise that a mark will change. The form also says, “Scrutiny result reply shall be sent to the address given by the student.”
The form requests a photocopy of the HSC marksheet and states a fee of Rs. 1,000 per paper. Because this posted form may be older, verify whether its requirements and fee still apply before relying on it. The form’s deadline and a universal current HSC-I submission route are not established by the available BIEK notices.

Confirm the current route, deadline and fee before applying
Check BIEK’s notifications page for dated notices and circulars, then ask the Board or your college directly about the deadline and submission route for your examination year and case. A historical 2025 Part-II gazette advised reporting errors or omissions immediately, but that is not a current HSC-I deadline.
