How AION 2 Coupon Rewards Are Redeemed and Delivered

AION 2 rewards do not all go to the same place: a Korean pre-registration notice says coupon rewards go to the character inventory on the selected server, while other campaign rewards may arrive in the in-game mailbox. Follow the official notice for the specific reward to find its redemption route, eligibility, deadline, and delivery destination.

Where AION 2 coupon rewards go

Redemption and delivery are separate steps. In one Korean pre-registration campaign, players entered a coupon code and received the coupon reward in the character inventory on the selected server. Mobile-market pre-registration rewards from that campaign were delivered through the in-game mailbox after launch. See the official AION 2 notice.

A separate global launch-celebration offer says two mounts are sent automatically to the in-game mailbox. That example shows why you should use the destination stated in the notice for your own promotion rather than assuming every coupon or event reward is mailed or placed in inventory. Read the global launch-celebration details.

How to redeem a coupon

1. Find the notice for the exact reward. Check that it is an official notice for your region and that the coupon or event is still active.
2. Check the terms before entering the code. Confirm the eligible region or server, account-use limit, and expiration date. These rules are campaign-specific.
3. Use the redemption route named in that notice. A Korean notice gives the in-game path as Settings > Miscellaneous > Account > Coupon Registration and also links to a coupon-registration page. The global support search excerpt says global pre-registration coupons can be redeemed in-game after official launch. The exact available route can therefore differ by region and campaign. 4. Check the destination specified by the promotion. Look in the selected character’s inventory or the in-game mailbox, depending on the notice. Some rewards are delivered automatically; others follow coupon redemption.

Global launch-celebration example

The global AION 2 site lists an official launch date of October 5, 2026. Its launch-celebration page says two mounts are automatically sent to the in-game mailbox. For that promotion, an account must be created by December 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM JST; rewards are granted once per region, and the claim deadline is December 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM JST. These dates and conditions apply to that campaign, not to other regions or future events. Check the official global campaign page.

What to verify if a reward is missing

• Confirm that the notice applies to your region and that your account or selected server is eligible.
• Check whether the promotion requires coupon registration or sends the item automatically.
• Look in the destination named by the notice: the selected character’s inventory or the in-game mailbox.
• Check the campaign’s expiration date and account-use limit. A code’s availability and terms cannot be assumed from an older promotion.

Official Korean community notices could not be opened directly; the Korean campaign details above are based on their indexed official notice text. The global support page is JavaScript-rendered, and its search excerpt confirms in-game redemption after launch but does not establish the current availability of a particular code or the exact live menu behavior. Check the newest official notice for your region before redeeming.
