Oshan X7 service intervals: what applies to your vehicle?
For a Pakistan-market Oshan X7, use the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual and service booklet delivered with the car. Ask an authorized Changan service center to confirm any VIN-specific requirements, especially if your vehicle’s model year, trim, or service history is uncertain. The Changan Pakistan contact page lists +92 21-111-116265; confirm current contact details before calling.
Published schedules found for other markets do not establish a universal timetable. Changan Philippines’ Standard PMS Menu for All Changan Models includes the X7, but it is a Philippine schedule. A separate Changan Stallion service page says routine Oshan X7 service is every 15,000 km, with a first inspection at 5,000 km or six months; the page’s market applicability is unclear. These statements differ and should not be combined into a schedule for every X7.
What the Philippine schedule says
The Changan Philippines table says to service at the listed month or distance interval, whichever comes first. Its first listed point is 3 months or 5,000 km, followed by 9 months or 15,000 km, 15 months or 25,000 km, then six-month/10,000-km steps through 57 months or 95,000 km. It marks engine oil and the engine oil filter for replacement at every listed visit. The table also includes coolant inspections and replacements, alternating air-filter inspection and replacement entries, and dual-clutch transmission fluid replacement every 55,000 km when equipped. These are Philippine-market entries, not a substitute for the schedule in a Pakistan vehicle’s booklet.

Time, distance, and driving conditions
Follow whichever time or distance limit your local schedule says comes first, rather than waiting for the odometer if a time limit arrives earlier. The sources available here do not establish a Pakistan severe-use schedule; check the local manual or ask the authorized service center whether your use requires a different interval.
When to change Oshan X7 engine oil
Use the oil grade and refill capacity specified for your exact vehicle in its manual or confirmed by authorized service staff. The Pakistan Oshan X7 brochure promotes Changan Genuine Motor Oils, but its available text does not state the oil grade, capacity, or filter part number. Do not choose an oil or filter by model name alone; confirm fitment for your vehicle’s VIN, model year, and variant.

The Philippine schedule marks engine oil and the engine oil filter for replacement at each of its listed services. That is evidence of the published Philippine service plan only; use the local booklet to determine the Pakistan-market oil-change interval.
What to check between services
These are practical checks, not a factory-mandated inspection interval. Perform them when the vehicle is safely parked, and use the owner’s manual for any vehicle-specific procedure.

Before driving
- Check for warning lights that remain on after starting.
- Look for visible tire damage or a tire that appears low.
- Look beneath the vehicle for obvious fluid leaks.
- Make sure exterior lights are working and not blocked.
Tires and TPMS
Changan Pakistan’s published Oshan X7 specifications list 225/55 R19 tires for the cited variants and TPMS on specified FutureSense variants. The page does not state a tire-pressure value. Use the pressure on your vehicle’s placard or in its manual, and check pressure when the tires are cold. TPMS is a warning aid, not a replacement for checking pressure.
Coolant and visible leaks
Only check coolant when the engine is cool and it is safe to do so; follow the manual’s instructions. Look for visible leaks or damaged hoses. Repeated coolant loss, a warning, or a visible leak needs prompt diagnosis. The Philippine PMS table includes coolant and cooling-system entries, but it does not establish the Pakistan replacement interval.

When is Oshan X7 DCT fluid due?
Pakistan’s published specifications describe the Oshan X7 gearbox as a wet 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). The Changan Philippines PMS table lists DCT-fluid replacement every 55,000 km when equipped. Confirm the correct interval and fluid for your VIN with an authorized Pakistan service source; do not use that regional interval as a basis for a do-it-yourself fluid change.

Keep dated invoices and the maintenance booklet. Ask the service center to record the date and mileage, oil and filter used, inspection findings, and any fitted parts. These details make the service history easier to verify later.

The Pakistan brochure advertises a limited warranty of 5 years or 150,000 km and dealership access to genuine parts and qualified technicians. The brochure does not disclose all warranty conditions or exclusions. Read your warranty booklet before choosing service outside the authorized network, and confirm how the terms apply to your vehicle.
