If you want to launch it without opening Shortcuts, you can add a Home Screen or widget entry instead.
Create a shortcut and add several actions

Open Shortcuts and tap the Add button to start a custom shortcut. Give it a clear name so you can find it later. You can also touch and hold the Shortcuts app icon on the Home Screen and choose Create Shortcut. Apple’s custom-shortcut guide covers the setup process.

Tap Add Action. Browse a category or search for a task or app, then select the action you want.

Add the remaining actions to the same shortcut. Arrange them from top to bottom in the order you want them to run. Actions execute sequentially, so put an action that produces information before an action that needs to use that information. Apple explains how shortcuts run.

Tap Done to save the shortcut. Run it once from the editor to check that the actions work in sequence before relying on it.
Run it with one tap
For the simplest option, open Shortcuts and tap the shortcut’s tile. That tap starts the actions in the shortcut. If you mean one tap without first opening Shortcuts, use a launch surface that puts the shortcut where you need it:

Siri: Ask Siri to run the shortcut by name.

Other contexts: Apple also documents running shortcuts from places such as Apple Watch and the share sheet; these suit shortcuts you want available in those contexts.
Apple lists these options in its Shortcuts overview. The available launch surfaces can depend on your device, software, and setup.

Find an action or troubleshoot a step
If you cannot find an action, search by task or app, or browse the action categories. Open an action’s information to see what inputs it needs and what output it provides; this can help you determine whether a later action can use its result. Apple’s guide to navigating the action list describes search and action details.
