If Batomon Showdown stutters at the start of a battle in Extended Mode while you have a very large trinket bag, update to version 1.2.0 or later and test that same situation again. The developer’s 30 September 2026 patch notes identify that specific issue as fixed. Other lag, crashes, and connection problems are not established as having the same cause.
First, identify which problem you are seeing
“Lag” can describe different symptoms, and the likely next step depends on whether the game is slow to load, stutters during play, crashes, or has trouble signing in or syncing.
- Long loading or stuttering as a battle begins: Check whether it occurs in Extended Mode with a very large trinket bag. That is the precise scenario addressed by the version 1.2.0 fix.
- Connection, sign-in, or sync trouble: Note whether your internet connection dropped, Steam could not confirm sign-in, or an Android sign-in flow failed to return to the game. These are different from rendering stutter.
- A crash or stutter elsewhere: The cited patch notes do not establish a cause or a universal fix for these symptoms. Record the conditions and report a repeatable issue to the developer.
Update the game for the documented Extended Mode stutter
Batomon Showdown version 1.2.0, released 30 September 2026, lists this fix: “Fixed long loading and stuttering at the start of battle with a very large trinket bag in Extended Mode.” The notes identify Steam build 25600878. See the developer’s version 1.2.0 notes.
- In Steam, check for a Batomon Showdown update and allow it to install.
- Confirm the installed version or build in the game or Steam, where available; the cited notes identify version 1.2.0 and Steam build 25600878.
- Recreate the same conditions that caused the slowdown: start a battle in Extended Mode with the very large trinket bag.
- If that exact stutter continues on the updated build, note the result and send the reproducible details to the developer. The patch addresses that scenario, not every possible performance problem.
Separate connection and sign-in problems from performance
Patch notes also describe connection and account behavior, but they do not establish that all online symptoms share one cause or confirm current service health.

- Hotfix 1.0.2 says play can continue after an internet connection is lost and mentions fixes to Steam and Google sign-in on Android.
- Version 1.2.0 says a finished Steam run is retained and syncs later if Steam fails to confirm sign-in.
- When reporting a problem, specify whether the game became unplayable, failed to sign in, or completed a run but did not sync immediately.
On 20 September 2026, the developer said work on server and connection stability was continuing after a large influx of launch players and that service should be fairly stable for most players at that time. That dated statement is not a current uptime report. The Batomon Showdown Steam Community page is where that post appeared.
Report crashes and other repeatable stutters
For crashes or symptoms outside the documented battle-start bug, collect enough detail for the developer to distinguish your case. Steam lists berrymint as the developer and publisher and gives berrymintdev@gmail.com as official support; write the address without the line break as berrymintdev@gmail.com.

- Your operating system or device and relevant hardware
- Game version and, if available, Steam build
- Where the problem occurs, including game mode and whether it happens at battle start
- Whether it happens every time and the steps that reproduce it
- Whether it began after an update, and what troubleshooting you have already tried
- For connection symptoms, whether you lost internet, had a sign-in failure, or saw a sync delay
This is practical information to include in a support report, not a developer-published crash remedy.

Steam’s published minimum requirements list Windows 10, a Dual Core 2 GHz processor, 2 MB RAM, 1 GB graphics memory, and 512 MB storage. The listed 2 MB RAM figure appears anomalous; do not silently interpret it as another amount or use it to decide whether a PC meets the game’s needs. Ask the developer for clarification if the figure matters to your case. The Steam support listing is the source of those published requirements.
