Check eligibility, confirm you’re signed in to Bitmoji, then open Samsung Keyboard in a chat and tap its sticker icon. For typing suggestions, tap the blue bubble and choose Bitmoji. If the feature or sending option is still missing, device support, keyboard settings, or the messaging app may be the reason.
Check whether your Samsung device supports Bitmoji
Bitmoji says its Samsung Keyboard integration is available on “select Samsung devices running Android 10 or later.” Android 10 is a minimum requirement, not a guarantee that the feature works on every eligible-version device. Bitmoji does not provide a complete supported-model or carrier list in its Samsung Keyboard instructions.
If your device is older than Android 10, or is not a supported Samsung device, the integrated option may not appear. Check your Android version and device software, but bear in mind that meeting the minimum does not establish support for your specific model.
Try the standard sticker flow
- Install Bitmoji and sign in. Open the Bitmoji app and make sure your account is signed in.
- Open a chat. In a messaging app, tap the text field so Samsung Keyboard appears.
- Open keyboard stickers. Tap the sticker icon, then select a Bitmoji sticker to insert it.

Turn on Bitmoji sticker suggestions while typing
Sticker suggestions are a different route from opening the sticker panel. While typing with Samsung Keyboard, tap the blue bubble and select Bitmoji to see smart suggestions, as described in Bitmoji’s Samsung Keyboard guide.
If that control or suggestions do not appear, look in Samsung Keyboard settings for Suggest stickers while typing and check whether Bitmoji is included. Samsung documents sticker suggestions, including Bitmoji, in its Galaxy tablet keyboard guide. Samsung notes that screens and settings can differ by carrier and software version, so the exact route and labels may not match your device.

If Bitmoji appears but will not send
If you can see a sticker but cannot insert or send it in a particular messaging app, the app may not support the Android sticker-insertion feature. Bitmoji says some apps have not updated to support it and may require a different sending flow. Its general Android Bitmoji Keyboard instructions do not provide a complete compatibility list, so test another chat app before concluding that the keyboard integration itself is broken.
What to try if the option remains missing
- Recheck whether your Samsung device is on Android 10 or later and remember that only select devices are supported.
- Open Bitmoji itself to confirm you are signed in.
- Test the sticker icon and the blue-bubble suggestion flow separately; one may be available when the other is not.
- Check Samsung Keyboard’s sticker-suggestion setting, allowing for carrier and software-version differences.
- Try a different messaging app if the sticker is visible but cannot be inserted or sent.
Samsung also documents resetting keyboard settings and clearing its cache as general keyboard maintenance in its Samsung Keyboard feature guide. Those are not established Bitmoji-specific fixes, so do not assume they will restore integration. The official instructions do not identify one universal repair if a supported-looking device still lacks the feature.

Use another Bitmoji route if Samsung integration is unavailable
If the integrated Samsung Keyboard option is not available, Bitmoji documents a separate Android Bitmoji Keyboard setup. The app receiving the sticker still matters: some apps may not support direct insertion and may need another sending flow. Bitmoji also documents a Gboard route. Choose a separate keyboard only if you are comfortable switching away from Samsung Keyboard; the official guidance does not establish one option as universally better.

To disconnect the integration rather than troubleshoot it, open Bitmoji, go to Settings, choose Connected Apps, and turn off Samsung Keyboard. If Keyboard Content Centre appears under Connected Apps, turn that off as well. Bitmoji documents this as a disconnect path, not a repair or reconnect procedure.
