Cancel Fubo through the company that bills you. If Fubo bills you directly, go to Settings > My Account > Subscription and complete the cancellation confirmation. If Roku bills you, cancel through Roku instead. Check your account afterward to verify the cancellation status and end date.
Cancel a Fubo subscription billed directly by Fubo
- Sign in to Fubo using the email and password for the subscription, then choose a profile.
- Open the settings icon and select My Account.
- Select Subscription, then choose Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
- If Fubo displays an offer, accepting it keeps the subscription active. To proceed with cancellation, select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
- Complete the confirmation and check for the success screen.
Cancel a Fubo subscription billed through Roku
Roku-billed Fubo subscriptions must be cancelled through Roku, not Fubo account settings. Choose either method:

Cancel on the Roku website
- Sign in to my.roku.com with the Roku account that pays for Fubo.
- Select Unsubscribe next to the Fubo plan.
- Confirm by choosing Yes, Unsubscribe.
Cancel on a Roku device
- Highlight the Fubo channel on the Roku device.
- Press the remote’s Star button.
- Select Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation and select Done.
Find out who bills your Fubo account
Sign in at fubo.tv/account and check Account Details. Fubo says accounts created through Roku are marked Roku Subscription; use Roku’s cancellation controls for those accounts. If the account is billed directly by Fubo, use the Fubo steps above.
What happens after you cancel
Paid subscription
For a paid subscription, cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Fubo says it does not refund prepaid or partial months. Most plans have no cancellation fee, but an early fee may apply if a promotional offer included a commitment period; check the terms of that offer. Fubo’s cancellation policy explains these terms.

Billing may be monthly, quarterly, or annual. For a directly billed account, find the next payment date under Billing > Billing Summary > Next Payment. Fubo’s billing-information instructions describe where to check it.
Free trial
Trial access after cancellation depends on how the subscription was created. Fubo says cancelling a website or sales-team trial ends access immediately, while a Roku-billed trial ends at its scheduled trial end. Fubo’s cancellation policy also states: “If you cancel your subscription while you are in your free trial period, your trial will expire immediately, and another free trial period will not be given.”

Taking a break
Fubo does not offer a pause or suspension option. Its pause-subscription guidance suggests cancelling and reactivating later if you want to take a break.

Check cancellation status and end date
Look at the Subscription or Account Information page for the date and time the subscription is set to end. If it is fully cancelled, the account may offer a way to reactivate it. Simply signing in to check status does not reactivate the plan; do not select a reactivation control if you intend to remain cancelled. You can still watch after cancelling
If your paid billing period has not ended, continued access is expected. Check the expiration date in your account. After paid access ends, some content may still be available through Fubo Free. Fubo explains continued access after cancellation.
You were charged after cancelling
Fubo lists several possible causes: the cancellation was not fully completed, the charge relates to billing-cycle timing, another subscription exists under a different email address, or a third party such as Roku still manages the billing. Check the account’s cancellation status and payment date, look for other Fubo accounts under your email addresses, and verify the cancellation with the provider that bills you.
