What is known about combat—and what is not?
Pre-release reporting by GamesRadar+ on September 10, 2026 describes turn-based battles in shown footage and reports a guard ability, a “Send Flying” move against an enemy with a status ailment, and Baton Pass. Treat these as footage-based observations, not a complete or final tactical guide.
The official information cited here does not establish the exact triggers, effects, controls, or balance of those moves. Until the released game provides those details, use in-game tutorials and descriptions to learn combat rather than assuming that a move works exactly as it did in Persona 4 Golden.
