To check what happened to a charge, use the purchase receipt and the billing account that handled it; if you are the creator, YouTube Studio shows recent Super Chat activity but does not confirm a viewer’s bank refund.

Find the purchase receipt. YouTube emails a receipt after a Super Chat or Super Sticker purchase. Search the email account associated with the purchase and keep the receipt as your transaction record. For applicable Apple-billed purchases, Apple may send the receipt instead. YouTube’s purchase-details guidance explains receipts and billing routes.

Check the provider that billed you. For Google-billed purchases, sign in to Google Payments with the Google account used for the transaction and review its activity and billing details. New Super Chat and Super Sticker purchases made in the Android app may be billed through Google Play. Make sure you are checking the correct account and payment method.

Read any displayed status carefully. In YouTube’s general refund troubleshooting guidance, “Refunded” means a credit should appear on the original payment method; “Cancelled” means the order was not charged, so no credit will appear. Those general status definitions do not override YouTube’s separate policy that Super Chats are non-refundable. See YouTube’s refund-status guidance.

On a computer, sign in to YouTube Studio and follow this path:

Select Earn in the left menu.

Open Supers.

On the Super Chat and Super Sticker activity card, select See all.

YouTube describes the available purchase activity list as covering the past 30 days. This creator-side view is transaction activity, not confirmation that a viewer received a credit from their bank or card issuer. If labels or layout differ, they may vary by account, device, country, or billing route. YouTube’s creator guidance for reviewing Supers activity has the steps.
If you did not make the charge
An unauthorized-charge report is different from a request to reverse a voluntary Super Chat. If you believe someone used your account or payment method without permission, use YouTube’s unauthorized-charge reporting process. YouTube says digital YouTube charges can be reported within 120 days of the transaction; its statement descriptor begins GOOGLE*YouTube. If the purchase was billed through Apple, check with Apple about that transaction.

Refunded, cancelled, or unauthorized: what each means
